I felt great on Clomid for 5 years then it just stopped working. Why does that happen? I tried switching to enclomiphene but that didn't work and ultimately had to go on TRT. I heard Dr. Mohit Khera say this happens with Clomid on Dr. Attia's podcast but he didn't explain why.

I'm on TRT + hCG (Pregnyl) + FSH (urofollitropin). How bad is a lapse in hCG for fertility? About 2 weeks. My Pregnyl Rx got messed up so I ran out. Maybe the urofollitropin has some LH in it??

Clomid worked amazingly well for me for several years then it stopped working. I switched to enclomiphene for a few months and that didn't help so I went on TRT. I wish I had tried enclomiphene longer though.

The insomnia improves over time. I actually try to take it as early in the evening as possible. Like as soon as I know I don't need to drive anymore that day. And that seems to help a lot. Also, it takes time to really kick in. Manufacturer says 5-8 weeks but I'd give it a good 3 months. I...

Why do you say that? Don't fertility docs use thousands of IU of hCG when combined with Clomid? I'm worried about dropping my TRT too much as I have post-finasteride sexual issues.

Did you have any side effects on urofollitropin? I've been having lots of itching and very mild swelling around one eye. Not injection site itching but general itching.

Revive and India when I travel there. Do you think staying at TRT dose but upping hCG and adding the urofollitropin will work?

I was on 70mg test cyp and 750 IU hCG twice a week when I took these. I'm planning on upping hCG to 1000 IU, probably decreasing testosterone, and adding 125 IU FSH twice a week. I will redo my semen analysis in 4 months. Anyone have any suggestions? Should I alter any of those doses or...

It seems like in all of those studies, they used hCG + FSH but discontinued TRT. Are there any studies or case series of TRT + hCG + FSH? I'm going to add FSH soon. Will get semen analysis first (using only TRT + hCG) then another seman analysis 4 months after adding FSH. Will post results.

I had good experience on Clomid until it stopped working. It worked very fast for me. Dr. Mohit Khera (in that podcast with Dr. Attia) talks about patients becoming non-responders if dosed daily. I dosed daily so that may be why my Clomid stopped working. I'd use enclomiphene + EOD dosing...
