High Free test normal Total test levels.......continued from a ******** thread.

I posted a question on ******** today because my free test is 200+ but my total test is 800+ and and E2 of 34 this lead into a great thread on ******** and I wanted to continue it here for anyone else that have this so we can share our knowledge. I will post my blood work numbers soon, you may wonder why this is a concern well I'm one of the lucky few that their dr looks at numbers and wants everything in the normal lab ranges ( no I cannot change Dr's right now due to Insurance and I cannot afford to pay cash to a TRT clinic wish i could.) now back to the thread.
So far we have low SHBG as a reason free test would be so high. and the general thought is there not much you can do to fix that.
