Hi all,
I've been on TRT for almost a year. I'm feeling dialed in but want to save some time and money.
I currently go to a TRT clinic once a week to get shots. I get 150mg Test Cypionate, HCG and 1mg Arimidex per week. Insurance is covering with copay at $40 per week.
My primary doc has agreed to prescribe me the Testosterone for self injection but NOT Arimidex. He says its only for women cancer treatment. SMH. I'm looking for a new doc. The prescription is $10 a month.
My Testosterone was in the low 200s when I started in Oct 2014.
My E2 after 4 weeks of Test only, without Arimidex , was 43 pg/mg. It was outside the high range of 42, so they added Arimidex. Testosterone was at 860.
After a few months with Test, HCG and Arimidex labs showed 9.0 E2 and 610 Testosterone.
Anyways, can I get away without the HCG and Arimidex? We don't want to have anymore kids. The dilemma is...I feel good, feel dialed in but want to save that $150 per month.
