When I first increase my Cialis, I also got heartburn. I did use Rolaids to get rid of it. The heartburn is pretty much all gone now, but occasionally it will return. I never felt that Viagra gave me any heartburn.

Thank you Vince for the very quick reply. I'll give that a try, hopefully tonight. I'm glad somebody else is up at dawn besides me.! Getting my workout in.

I like to workout before I my workday, for what ever reason, my workouts are best first thing in the morning.

Me as well. I sometimes wonder if it has something to do with testosterone levels being higher in the morning. It is a great way to start the day, the matter what else happens that day you know you got your workout in. Also is a little bit better if you've had a good evening before, which is why I am interested in the Cialis Viagra combo that you mentioned!

Quick update.

Been taking 3 2.5mg pills on evenings when we might have sex. It works much better. However, another issue has developed. Climaxing is getting harder and harder to achieve. Not sure if this is related to Cialis use but reading up it seems it's a possibility. Feels like a mental disconnect in my head or something. Frustrating.

There are certainly reports of it. It's not diminishing, but becoming an ongoing, increasing problem?

When we're young and healthy, libido, erection, and climax all go together and just happen naturally. As we age and especially as we depend on medications and supplements and hormones these three aspects of sex can easily get out of balance.

Throw in emotional & relationship issues and things don't always come together like they once did.

We can take a pill or an injection or therapy to improve one or another aspect of the sexual equation but that doesn't necessarily mean the other aspects will fall in line. It can be a tricky thing to get to the bottom of this and to get things back in balance. But it's a worthwhile pursuit!

Well,
It's hard to say. My orgasms have been pretty screwed up for a while now. It seems like the longer we go the more difficult it is to achieve. 2 months ago, I would try to keep it quicker because I was concerned of losing it. Now I can go much longer again and maybe it's getting desensitized from the longevity of it thus making it harder to climax. 3 years ago I could easily go an hour or more without any kinds of issues or outside intervention.

I think leesto is right. When it all works, it just works. Mess part of the equation up an things fall apart.

Another possibility I guess is I am having too much sex now. Maybe I need to take 3 or 4 day breaks in between or more...

I have so many things floating around in my head and perhaps that it part of it. When this all started I figured that getting my testosterone level back would fix everything. But maybe there are a few more pieces of the puzzle to get resolve (if possible?) Hormonal, the only thing left to explore that is obvious is BG. My glucose has been all over the place lately. One day it's 102, the next (today) its 134. The next 115. I am so stumped on this considering I eat less then 30 carbs religiously. Most day's its less then 20.

As Dr. Rotman, our urological consultant now answering questions on a running thread, said, it takes more than hormonal balance to achieve an erection (and, I'd add, an orgasm). I certainly notice a smaller amount of semen at ejaculation, a typical development for men on testosterone, and my climax takes a bit more time than it did in pre-TRT days. But it's not a problem, or it ceased being a problem, once I realized this was my new normal (and it felt just fine). I was over-analyzing things.

What is your A1c value?

A1C has been bouncing between 5.9 and 6.0 for the past couple of years. Last test it was 6.0 but I was hitting the carbs up pretty good for a few months before the test.

I can finally climax but it does take effort. I get to the point where I am just drilling the hell out of my wife to get there though. :/ (sorry for the graphic nature of that comment but I don't know any other way to put it) I think she likes it though - At least at this point. Maybe a few months of this and she will get tired and sore.

Last time I took 7.5mg was on Wednesday evening. Was able to complete last night without Cialis. Also climax was easier. Not sure if much of the drug was still in my system 2.5 days later.
