I simplified my Nitric Oxide stack!

Buy Lab Tests Online
L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2-1, 1 heaping teaspoon
Beta Alanine, 1/2 heaping teaspoon
L-Norvaline, 1/2 heaping teaspoon
I take twice a day

My nitric oxide stack just go too big last year, I completely stopped taking it for 3 months and even stopped all ED meds for over a week.
My workout were still okay and sex was still good. The last 10 plus weeks I decided to start a more simplified stack and added in my ED meds again.
It really does help my workouts, I does give more energy when working out. I finish my workouts faster and it also helps with my gains. I'm happy I started it back but I'm going to keep it simple. I do take some extra Citrulline throughout the day, I really like the taste and like the way it helps pump up my muscles!

Following the L-Norvaline links and looking into this to ad to my NO stack. Longer lasting pumps would be nice. Do you know how many grams a heaping 1/2 teaspoon is?

I am thinking of substituting my L-Arginine with the L Norvaline. What do you think?

I'm at work right now so I don't know how much you would get from a half a teaspoon, I do use a heaping 1/2. What is in your total N.O. stack.

Thank you for the reply back and any suggestions you're willing to offer. My current stack is a modified Gene's NO stack.
5 mg of Tadalafil (Cialis) 1 morning 1 evening (10mg/24hrs)
750mg L-Arginine, 1 morning
250mg L-Citrulline, 1 morning
60mg Pycnogenol, 1 morning
40 mg of Icariin (Horny Goat Weed) 1 evening
0.5 mg Doxazosin 1 morning 1 evening (1 mg of Doxazosin / 24hrs)

I'm taking it from BulkSupplements and the dosages are as follows:
1/6 teaspoon = 186 grams
1/8 teaspoon = 372 grams
1/4 teaspoon = 745 grams

I'm taking 1/8 teaspoon before working out which doesn't seem like a lot, but I believe it is making a difference. This is in addition to L-Citrulline Malate (2:1) 6 grams, and L-Arginine 5 grams.

I really like the taste of L-Citrulline malate, because I enjoy the taste so much it keeps me motivated to drink more.

Hi Steve, Thank you for the info. Wow I am not taking nearly that much L-Citrulline Malate or L-Arginine. I've always been afraid of mega doses of anything.

I forget who, but someone here when discussing L-Citrulline stated that you need at least 6 grams for it to be effective. So that is what I've gone with. I've been doing that daily for the past several months.

I buy 1kg bag 2:1 from Bulk Supplements as I used to get from Powder City but they went out of business. L-Arginine you can take if you want 1g 2x daily but I would just use the citrulline..."

I ordered 50grams of L-Norvaline for 28 bucks just to try it. I'll also try your suggested amount of 1/8 before my workout.

Hi Vince, I'm still waiting on my L-Norvaline to arrive. Since you use this NO stack for workouts do you take it on non work out days? After 3 full hours at the gym I usually take two days off from heavy lifting. I usually ride my bike or hike on non gym days.

Yes I take my stack twice a day, I take it in the morning and when I get home from work. Also on my non workout days, so every day of the week. I like to drink a little extra L-CITRULLINE malate between stacks, one because it tastes good and two it helps my nitric oxide.

i tried the stack once but got frustrated with fall the powders and whatnot. i wonder if you could just mix them together and have just one container. what'd i'd really like is to be able to take em all as a liquid all at once too.

I think it would be pretty hard to get a consistent mixture. I believe you should just use L-Citrulline malate 6 grams twice a day.

I buy bulksupplements powder, I buy it from Amazon.com or from their website bulksupplements.com. it comes in a bag and I just put it in my own containers.

so, to drink it, you put the required amount in a glass of water and drink that? or can you make like a half gallon up and pour from that?
i'm a lazy bastid and am trying to make this as easy on myself as i can.,

I used two to one, I never pre-mix it and keep it in the refrigerator. Can you mix up to a gallon and save it for later I don't know hopefully someone else will chime.
 
Arginine is a poor donor of NO substrate as the body processes Arg it only survives to about 40% of it where the remainder get converted to Ornithine and back to Arginine by the body. Citrulline is far superior and doesn't go thru that process.
