I do supplement with 6000iu of D3 daily and keep my D levels over 70. My estradiol levels has been good with no AI. I think having good D levels is just one part of staying healthy.
Interesting. BTW studies have shown no advantage to supplementing D3 daily . Unless you're looking to supplement low grade soybean oil as well I'd go with weekly pure D3 powder in capsules such as Bio-tech D3. I was making no progress at all until I switched to Bio-Tech.
