Hi ive been on self admin trt for 4 yrs.
My test levels after 4 yrs cycling aas wer 11.2nmol in uk.(ramge 9 -28nmol).docs would not refer me to an endo.
3.5 yrs using .150mg test e week.
Last 6 months veen using ugl nebido @ 1 x jab 500mg a month.
I do a 12 week cycle one a year at 500mg test blend and 300mg deca.
Im 48..195lb..been training 20 yrs plus.
Is this supplement routine ok on trt?
Daily..
25mg dhea
600mg nac
3g omega 3s
1 multi vit and mineral
Zma
1 probiotic @ 6 billion cfu's.
