I have been supplemented with Koncentrated K since they started selling this brand. Has it been beneficial to me, in all honesty I don't know. http://www.k-vitamins.com/

I had problems running K2 ...thickened up my blood.
In some countries(japan i think) they use it in the operating theater to slow down bleeding when doing a major op.
    So didn't work for me.
I do try to eat organic hard cheese regularly which is a good source of natty K2
I know we are all different but I now stay away from K2 supps.

My platelets always run low, even with all the vitamin K, I supplement with. It's all the fish oil I use.
