Hematocrit Down Total T Back Up

October 28th 2016-Hematocrit at 51.2 and Total T at 346.
November 22nd 2016-Hematocrit 48.2 and Total T back at 926.
Gave blood at the Red Cross and ate one grapefruit a day before giving blood the second time in November. Some fish oil OTC.
I am surprised that my Total T is back to 926 on 50mg Depo twice a week. I don't know if this will hold-we'll see.
I am also surprised that with a Total T of 926 and E-2 at 32 I'm not a raging sex fiend but in fact it is just the opposite. Low sex drive.
Trying HCG low dose but I think it's a no go for me. To much anxiety.
Take the bad with the good I guess.
Anyway I wanted to check in with the new blood work as I was rather shook up when I saw the high Hematocrit and the low T back in October.

First of all, thank you for following up and posting these results. By any chance, was your free testosterone, a notorious value to capture, impacted?

Coastwatcher the doc only ran Total T-E-2 and CBC.
I'll run it at the end of December myself and capture all of it.
Free T has always been a problem for me.
In fact that is why I started TRT. At a Total of 500 my FT would barely make 7.0 low cut off.
I am reaping other benefits such as retaining muscle mass and lower joint inflammation but boy I sure would like that
sex drive boost one more time this late in life as my spouse is still very much in the game.
I'll repost end of December.

Can you post the ranges for these tests?

When were they taken relative to injection?

How do you feel?

Lab ranges ST. Joseph Hospital Lab.
Toatl T-9.26/Range 1.93-7.40ng/ml
E-2-32.76/Range 8-43 pg/ml
Hemtocrit-48.2/Range 38-47%
Hemoglobin 17.1/Range 12.9-16.1
Labs done in trough though I did slip up and eat a little before the draw.
Took injection in the afternoon after the draw.
I am not feeling as one would expect with a TT as high as it is.
I have started taking l theanine daily and my energy and focus are way up.
Still no real sex drive or erectile quality.
I will add SHBG on the next draw.

Most certainly would like to see your SHBG, its probably why your Total is so high on a marginal T dose of 100mg/week and your Free so low.
