HCG and Water Retention

Hi Nelson

Why do you get slight water retention from HCG ?

Is this due to rise in cortisol mostly and the prohibition of that hormone in the kidneys and nothing to do whatsoever with estrogen ?

I think this is the best hypothesis about testosterone and HCG-induced water retention, unless you can prove that your estradiol (sensitive) is over 45 pg/ml and that taking anastrozole made you lose water weight.
