also as you see my progesterone is pretty high (1.3ng/ml)
most people labs on trt they have progesterone not higher then 0.5
i found post from dr Saya: Higher progesterone = can tolerate higher E2 levels asymptomatically
is it possible that because of higher progesterone I need higher e2 levels to feel ok?

That is very possible, it seems like very one needs different levels of E2. I've never felt the effect of estradiol, but I know in time that could change.

OP,

Any competent medical practitioner is going to want to see CURRENT LABS before he/she consults you. For some reason, you seem to be resistant to this...and I can't figure out why.

I'm going to tell you what I tell so many other guys that come on here that are treating themselves...seek professional help. For me, that means calling Defy Medical and getting a consult with Dr. Saya. He is an expert in this field, and if he can't help you with your problems, no one can.

you probably should read what i wrote again and then maybe again because looks like you didnt get the problem
e2 was bottomed out hard.
then it rose (well on bloodtest)
but the symptoms that i got when e2 was bottomed out still here?
what my fresh e2 lab will give you? it wont fix the symptoms that i got when e2 bottomed out
i have a strong feeling that some of you fellas just post to increase your post count
if you didnt have problem like this and you are not a specialist dont post please.
i will try to get consult with Nelson and see if we will be able to fix the problem
hypochondriac? lol dont speak of things you dont know, you dont know how badly miserable i was and still am during this year

Oh. I see.

What exactly is it you want me to say? You have NO data. Just your insistence that it is low, when you have labs showing it was high, yet you still claimed you had low E2 symptoms DESPITE having documented high E2 levels.

Maybe your symptom barometer is broken?

Go spend $48 on a sensitive E2 test and find out.

Oh btw, I had low E2 naturally. I understand how much it sucks, but quite frankly, your attitude comes across as someone suffering with high E2. Cranky, snappy, and moody. Illogical.

Yes. You sound like a hypochondriac. You insist there's something wrong, despite it being shown otherwise, yet refuse to get tangible real evidence. You treat yourself for issues you have. If it looks like a duck...

Ok. Im interested in this thread since im having few persistent symptoms after E2 crash.

May I ask: is your TRT protocol still the same - 180mg test once a week?

no. right now its 80mgs test cyp weekly (2x 40mgs) 50 oral dhea daily 50 pregnenolone daily.
i had e2 crash in the past before this. took good 5 months to get better. now it takes much much longer

Thats interesting. Do you feel that a portion of your symptoms are tied to low dopamine - anhedonia, apathy, lethargy, low libido?

Ive been struggling with those kind of symptoms after my crash. Im hoping that they will subside with time. What worries me is the fact that I found few animal studies that should how a prolonged estrogen deprivation led to a permanent loss of certain amount of dopamine producing neurons - in the substantial nigra. I started a separate thread on that.

Hopefully those findings do not directly relate to humans. I mean all the anecdotal evidence would seem to show that people do recover from the symptoms of low e2.

When was the last time you tested e2? In your shoes the first things I would do, is to exclude any other conditions that would cause those symptoms - and that includes high e2.

I had instances where I was almost certain I was low, when in fact i was high.

I know I’m bumping an old as hell thread but am currently experiencing almost exact symptoms as original post and am wondering if anybody found the remedy (been 6 months). Kept my E2 too low for too long and symptoms stayed even when bloods came back to all perfect levels, levels have been perfect for 4 months..

(I had bunk test and thought my levels were high so I was cranking Adex without getting labs cuz I trusted my test was good and was a cheap ass to run labs..)

Wondering if you guys had any luck with fixing this.

Tried HCG, diff doses/esters of test etc. and just about everything else, nothing helped a bit. I read every forum on the planet but this post most related to my case...

My Last resort is trying HGH to see if I can kick something back on (could be bullshit but willing to try anything )

Side effects: lethargy, spacy as hell, achy as hell, weak wood

Why don't you consider starting a new thread with all your labs and current protocol.

I was hoping to get the two guys on this post that originally had the lingering E2 symptoms attention, being that my symptoms/ situation seems identical, but I definitely will create a thread.

I feel for you.....using fake gear without knowing and using high doses of an aromatase inhibitor.

Almost like one would neuter themselves as having low t from fake gear and using high doses of adex on top of that.....you must feel horrible.

i am sorry this happened to you man it definitely sucks... some people like me and you get ****ed from Adex and seem to have long term side effects.. I never recovered from it it's been 3 or 4 years since my last Adex pill and I can't seem to bounce back to pre-crash state. the only thing I haven't tried that I am trying right now is to recover natural testosterone because all this time I was on trt maybe that's why I couldn't recover just food for thought

Wow! That is eye opening! What sides do you still suffer from? I Have lethargy and am foggy headed so bad I can’t even function, my work and school are suffering hard and it hasn’t gotten 1% better. It’s like a light-switch that turned off and won’t come back on. I workout with zero pump, can’t gain a pound of muscle but have a little belly, my shoulders and knees ache and my libido is weak. This is terrible for work cuz I’m a manager but this makes me a passive bitch with social anxiety that can’t think clearly enough to have a normal conversation This is insane!
