When trt does not bring libido back or it worsens on trt.

Seems I read more everyday about another man who is on trt yet has low or no libido, or like me, had fair libido with low t but now have good levels and libido is gone. I started this so others can chime in, explain what worked if anything etc. So let er rip.

I have had that problem. But I am not your typical TRT user. I have some complicating factors: 20 years of injections, prior Propecia exposure, back surgeries that probably added to my ED, etc

HCG+ TRT+ daily 5 mg Cialis+ Citrulline has been a great protocol. When my sex drive is over the roof and I want to last long, Trimix does the trick.

Some men need to play a bit with their dopamine and serotonin. Buspar added to SSRIs seems to help. A peptide called PT-141 obtained online seems to work for many guys.

what is the bennefit of HCG? isn´t it dangerous to combine cialis with trimix?

I am on trt, hcg, caber, and have tried cialis, citruline, everything. It is about to drive me insane.

No sexual feelings at all. I have good morning wood, get erections if I try, but the part that makes you want to have sex is not working at all. You know, the urge one gets. I will have sex with my girlfriend to keep her pleased and I enjoy it, but I cannot even reach orgasm. And if I masturbate, I cannot orgasm. It is because the urge is gone.

I added a low dose of Cabergoline (Dostinex) .25 mg twice a week on injection days and for me I can say it has had a major impact on libido which is strong all day, much more intense orgasms as well.

Caber is a dopamine agonist and also lowers Prolactin some both of which can enhance libido in some men.

Daily HCG of 125 iu seems to have added even more to my good libido as well.

Libido is just soooo complex it's very difficult to pinpoint problems.

Just thinking about not having libido can cause low libido.

This goes along with bouts of fatigue, some days are better than others.

Medications are usually to blame for not being able to cum

Fatigue is a sex drive killer. Sleep apnea is one of the main issues in fatigue that does not get better with 8 hours of sleep.

A bit of TMI here, but watching a few minutes of porn a day helps me keep my sex drive muscle going. This works even when I am stressed out with work. Visual/sound stimulation is well known to help. Sex drive is like a muscle that needs to be worked a few minutes a day.

HCG + TRT + Cialis works for most. I think if this protocol does not help, there must be other issues like medication side effects, fatigue, etc

Sex drive and erectile function are complex.

Nelson, I use porn sometimes as let's say an exercise, but even hard to get off then, and have even lost erection. I used to have a sexual drive though the roof. It maybe whatever is causing the fatigue. Sometimes even twelve hours does not refresh me. Oh yes, ingetmpleasure from other areas, mostly work, seeing a job well done. As far as drugs, nothing changed drug wise as far as I know. When it left, I was seeing a drin an hour away that insisted on giving me shots every Friday. I wonder if he gave me something that messed me up?. One other weird thing is, and tmi here too, if I do cum, I start to cum way before orgasm hits. I blow most of my load load before the orgasm hits. And have on occasion not even had orgasm though I ejaculated. This is all new to me, sometimes I wondernwhyni even continue trt. I would not if I had not seen the good effects of weight loss. My family has severe diabetes and heart trouble. My sugar number and cholesterol number continue to improve along with weight.

Low cortisol can definitely affect sex drive. If you want to experiment, try prednisone al low dose for a short time and see what happens. Not a good thing long term but I notice a huge increase in sex drive (I have had three back surgeries so corticoid steroids were common use for me)

dr tried me on all replacement steroids, cannot take them, as they cramp me up so much.
