I don't know what else you're putting in your shakes/stack, Vince, but I am 99.9% certain that CM is making all the difference. Once a week or so I will not put CM in my veggie/fruit shales and the difference is significant. It goes from something tasty you look forward to drinking to a bitter cup of stuff you only drink because you know it's good for you.
