Having horrible popping and clicking. 4 yrs on trt. No problems. Added anastrozole because estradiol started to increase. Taking .25 eod now that is e3d

It's pretty bad, very uncomfortable if it is the Anastrozole what is an option? TIA

sounds like you crashed your estrogen maybe best to call your DR and take a week off .25mg EOD is a lot IMO a common dose is .25 twice a week depending on blood work
what was your estrogen test numbers and was it the sensitive estrogen test?

Right now it's halved from what it was .45 wk test cyp + .25 nandrolone deconoate was added about year ago because I was feeling dry.

My estradiol #'s were so high but I didn't show any signs of gyno. I instituted the anastrozole and went 9-15 last two tests. Also found my moods were horrible after taking it. Very emotional.

I started backing off that because of that.

I asked before if their are hyper sensitive types with this.

I'm on TRT for the long haul if my body doesn't tolerate this what would I take or consider instead?

There are other AIs such as Aromasin available. You may be fine without an AI though as in general, you want to treat symptoms rather than shoot for a specific number on a test. Within common sense limits of course.

Agreed. I also have hypothesis on my own experience that maybe some of do fine with higher estradiol levels. Those levels that were high I seemed to bloat. I cleaned up my nutrition and hat helped but also was doing 1 mg a week. I'm going to titrate down more then I have. This is alarming and hope it's ok. Been 6-7 months like this. Thought it was from over training and my food
