Tadalafil(Cialis), how long to kick in?

I have some samples of Tadalafil(Cialis) I wanted to try and wanted to know does it work the 1st time you take it or does it take a couple of days to kick in?
I was planning on 5MG daily would appreciate your experience/feedback

Within an hour of dosing.

Has about a 16 hour half life.

You can front load the first few days and go to 10 mg to build up serum levels.

I don't feel it until at least 12 hours. The day after is the best. Side effects linger for me for two days. I prefer Levitra due to its shorter half life and faster onset.

I think for me it takes hours to get in and thru my system.

For you guys did it work the 1st time or did it take a couple of days?

I noticed it on first dose.

Maximum serum concentration (Cmax) levels occur between 30 min and 6 hours (medium time of 2 hours).

Stupid question, shouldn't testosterone be enough? I mean, I have absolutely no problem since I started TRT or is there another reason you are taking this?

For many, TRT alone does not resolve all erectile issues. As for dosing, one can take Cialis on a daily basis. Five milligrams daily is the recommended dose. Many take more than that.

There are a lot of other health benefits like: can help lower blood pressure, help protect the prostate from enlargement, improve the testosterone to estrogen ratio, reduces inflammation, improves blood flow to the whole body even the brain and can boost mood.
5MG daily is a common recommendation.

For me its enough even with 2,5-3mg daily. 5mg gives me some mild side effects like back pain, face flushing. So try with 5mg to start off with and dose accordingly - up or down.

Many of us, perhaps most, rely on Cialis as it is the one ED drug specifically designed for daily use. That said, some men prefer one of the other drugs for a variety of reasons. Nelson, in his post above, noted that he prefers Levitra for half-life, time of onset, side-effect issues.

Next week I will talk to my doc about Cialis. I hope he will prescribe it to me.

I don't mean to nit pick, but sildenafil (Viagra) under the name Revatio is FDA approved for daily use. The down side is that because of the half life the dosing is 3 times a day.
