Both Pregnenolone and DHEA supplementation have significant health benefits. Life Extension Foundation has a lot of information on both.

I’m having the same issue now with DHEA and morning wood. Just a week into using 1.25mg - 2.5mg and my morning wood is gone. I’ve also upped my test dose to allow more e2 to aromatize so I doubt my e2 could be that high. It’s been low for a year.

Brother, I don't know that strong erections is one of them. I discontinued DHEA a while back and the erections returned. Good supplement for some, but not for me.

Interesting. I have the opposite experience. Without DHEA I have no morning wood and no nocturnal erections. When I take 50mg per day I get nocturnal erections almost every night and frequent morning wood.

Prior to this I went for at least 2 decades without nocturnal or morning erections. TRT helped me in many other ways but it wasn't until DHEA supplementation that the nocturnal and morning erections returned. Go figure.
