Peptide Tadalafil use and dosage

I recently acquired some Tadalafil peptide 30mgx30ml(for labratory research of course) and was curious about dosing. If one were to use it for regular consumption ...say...with Gene's nitric oxide stack, what type if dosage would one use. How many drops from the dropper and how many times a day and at what times of day? Take with or without food or water?

Also, if that person were to experience side effects from the tadalafil ...like back pain... is this a permanent side effect or does that tend to go away after a while? What is it about the med that causes the back pain and any way to counter that effect?

I have read about anti aging benefits of tadalafil. I'm concerned also about being on it and then stopping at some point and returning to a lifestyle without it. Is there a chance that one might become dependent on it and have less fulfilling experience without it? Thanks in advance!

It's not a peptide. It's a chemical. You need a thing called a measuring tool, basically a syringe without a needle, the 1ml/1cc capacity. Obviously it's 30mg/mL, so just divide it up... .5mL = 15mg, and so forth. You're asking in relation to the NO stack, then obviously you already know what's listed there for a dose, as well as time of day, and it's used like any other Tadalafil from BigPharma, this is no different than the Phizer product. With food or on an empty stomach is not relevant for Tadalafil.
There are other PDE5 receptors in the body and one of the more common sides is lower R back discomfort, or pain if you're overly sensitive. Some men claim to get hung up on it, I've used it daily without concern, it has good gym bennies, it's always good that it works toward preserving our nitric oxide levels. You'll have to experiment with the start dose and work up, or down, and see what's effective for you.

I use it daily, and it has been of help in maintaining my blood pressure as well as contributing to erectile function. I noticed back pain for three to five days when I began taking it, but it cleared within the first week. I never experienced vision or auditory issues, which certainly have been reported in a minority of cases.

I use 5 drops 2x daily. I think that comes out to around 5mg. 17 on a syringe is about 5mg and 5 drops puts it right around there. I did notice the lower back pain as well for a few days but that has since passed. I get mine from maxim and it works excellent.

here now. I also have the same bottle for "research purposes". 1 CC is equal to 1mg concentration. So if you need 5mg per day, that would be 5 CC's. So one bottle would last for 6 days taking 5 mg per day or 5 CC's per day. I asked an astrophysicist, he should know math...So for about $33/bottle, you would need 5 bottles per month, so about $160 per month to take daily 5mg worth. Not bad considering brand name costs around $400-500 a month. I can get 18 20mg pills per 3 months through my insurance, I think I'm going to go that route.

Camp..most likely you are not getting dosage right or you are getting ripped off!! I'm dosing 10mg/day. 5mg. in am and 5mg. in pm. My bottles are 30mg/30ml that means 30 milligrams per milliliter and 30 milliliters per bottle. So one milliliter is about 25 drops... 10 drops used in a day, 5 drops in morning and 5drops in evening). So 1 milliliter will be used every two days or one 30ml bottle every 60 days. These bottles range from $30 to $38.00 regular and can be purchased on sale in bulk for as low as $15.00 per bottle. That would be $7.50 month if dosed accurately and properly.

Did you know that 20 drops = 1 ml? 1 cc = 1 ml. This means to get a dose equivalent to 5 mg. of Cialis you need 3.33 drops. Or 4 in my case. At this rate of usage, I expect to get about 9 doses from my 30 ml bottle. If I did the math correctly.

Sorry that is incorrect. I guess the exact numbers depend on the individual dropper though. I get around 27 drops per ml. I have been using 5 drops to get 5ml. But... If there "are" 20 drops in a ml at 30 ml/bottle. That is 600 drops. 600 divided by 4=150 doses. 600 divided by 5=120 ...around 2 months if you dose 5mg morning and 5 mg evening.

Ok. Another question for you guys. I take Test for HRT and have had aromatase issues. My dosage was 1ml every 10 days but would have tingling sensation in nipples, changed to .5 every week and its doing better, but my blood work is still on the lower side. I've heard that tad inhibits estradiol. Do you know if this is correct?
