Bulletproof coffee is the best! You need a blender that can handle hot liquids.

1 Cup of brewed coffee
1 T Grass fed butter
1 T MCT oil or Refined Coconut oil

How about a little whip cream or heavy whipping creme for a kicker, haha.

I was doing this for a while but I noticed the MCT Oil went right through me so-to-speak. But it tasted great. I wasn't always using the grass fed butter either.

Yeah stay away from the MCT oil and go with the coconut

I also use heavy cream because it still has the milk fat globule membranes intact, unlike butter. Tastes better and blends easier. Also there are lots of benefits to dairy products which still have these phospholipids.

For whatever reason, I hate the taste of coconut oil. Luckily for me I can use MCT oil and have no bad side effects.

I've heard the MCT Oil provides instant energy to the liver? Some folks mix it in pre-workout protein shakes for that reason (assuming they are trying to avoid pre-workouts that stimulants).
