Pretty dang good actually. My liver has always been on the high side of the range, and is usually elevated after lifting weights. So I'm not concerned about it. A quick search on the body building forums brings up many hits on this topic.

Was hoping my T and Free T would be higher on 80mg twice a week is what I'm most concerned about.

I've had many advanced lipid tests done and I'm trying to reduce LDL particle count and reverse heart disease. I'm taking Crestor and other sups to reduce it. My last LDL lab was 65 which is my target number, but I stated taking vitamin C which I believe lowered it. Could of been the T also, not sure? My cardiologist says stay on the Crestor for now, but I'm going to get a second opinion. Looks like I got my lipids under control with just diet and sups, and may not need the statin.

Crazy panel. Kidneys fantastic, liver very poor, crazy low cholesterol. How do you feel?

I agree. Did you fast for this? Glucose 112, Triglycerides 40 mg/dL (0 - 149).

How old are you? Weight? Height? Can you describe your diet? Low fat, but higher sugar content? I'm not judging, this is my profile too. I'm working to lower sugar (whole foods) and eat healthy fats (nuts, avocodo, etc.)

Check this out: https://www.excelmale.com/forum/showthread.php?6587-Dr-Mark-Hyman-Eat-Fat-Get-Thin

I just started taking full teaspoons of coconut oil before most meals based on watching this. My total cholesterol is good, but HDL is always under 40.

I see that your glucose is high, no A1C test. I had my blood drawn today for Cleveland Heart Clinic labs today. I'm really interested in seeing my inflammatory markers.

Dude, statins suck ass. LDL that gets too low actually causes memory loss and a host of other bad shit. You're Triglycerides to HDL ratio is practically 1-1, anything under 2-1 is awesome. Get the book , The Great Cholesterol Myth, guys on here have already touted it and it is a friggin eye opener.

http://www.amazon.com/The-Great-Cho...&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00

and run your SHBG next time

Yea I don't know why they didn't test SHBG, but they did last time. Should be pretty standard.

Well guys I'm trying to reverse heart disease, and even the best forward thinking progressive/preventative/integrative cardiologist are not sold on the high fat diets so I have to go with what's been proven to work. I'm on the lowest dose of Crestor, and the only time my LDL was this low was when I was on 10mg. My particle count is low and that is the best way to control plaque. It's either the T or vitamin C that has lowered it another ten points. So yea I want to get it back up to 60-70. I'm going to see a real guru cutting edge doctor in June and I planned on asking about the high fat diets.

I eat a modified Mediterranean diet, I guess you can say it's medium fat. Whole foods, raw, natural, Fish daily, lean chicken, salad, vegetables, nuts and berries, low glycemic. Very little beans, rice, breads, fruits,

I'm 50 6'2" 265lbs and need to lose another 30-40lbs. A lot of muscle. You would never think I weigh that much looking at me. Most people don't anyway. Yea my glucose was a little high and I'm concerned about that. It was in range in my last test. I'm diabetic or prediabetic depending on who's definition. I've been slacking on my diet as of lately, and eating too many sweets. My last A1C was high at 6.0, but the one before that was 5.4. For me lean meats, vegetables, and cored low glycemic fruits, berries and nuts is the ticket.

Erectile function is good! Mainly because of Gene's stack I believe. Interesting you mention joint pain. I just took a break from the gym because my left wrist, right elbow, right shoulder is sore, but I believe it to be tendonitis. I've had it flare up worse before starting HRT. So probably not related.

I remember some folks were saying to divide your testosterone by 20 and that's where your estradiol should be. You are right on the mark. 39.5!

The T:E ratio is one metric, and a valuable one. It is not, however, diagnostic. It should be used as one factor in evaluating estradiol levels.

Are you having any estrogen related symptoms? Bloating, sensitive or itchy nips? How is erection strength? Would be interesting to see if 50mg three times a week would lower the E2. Or 50mg of zinc

Erection strength is good and unchanged since starting HRT. It's improved, but I give the credit to Gene's stack. Actually my nip was just itching, but that was the first time I noticed it. I already supplement with Zink.

Roadglide - I looked back through your previous posts for a Vitamin D level, but couldn't see one. Have you had that checked? Normal range = 30-100, but getting to 50+ (65-80 = optimal) can help the HDL cholesterol, and there is a definite link with auto-immune diseases, including diabetes, so it might help your 112 blood glucose too. Vitamin D is also required to absorb calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphate & zinc (which you mentioned supplementing above).
