I didn't see any places for MN so I hope this helps
This is there website http://www.midwestiu.com/
Midwest Institute of Urology
6600 France Ave S #660, Edina, MN 55435

My experience with them
they do extensive blood work at 1st then if low they will send a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice and show you how to self inject. I started at 160mg test cyp followed up every 3 months and adjusted doses until I was feeling better and labs were good after that the visits are 6 months apart.

they are willing to work with you on once or twice a week injections, HCG and different AI's I started with anastrozole and was a over responder I the switched to exemestane which has been working a lot better for me.

$100 upfront when you see the DR.
I talked to them beforehand as they didn't take my insurance BCBS but they were nice enough to match what my insurance would have allowed me to be charged.

here is an example of there reference ranges https://www.excelmale.com/forum/sho...k-220mg-test-cyp-a-week-6-25mg-Exemestane-EOD

I am not affiliated with them in any way other than a patient. I am only posting this in the hopes that it can help someone who doesn't know where to go.

I have a friend in MN who's looking for treatment. Did this place send you the meds or did you have to visit once a week?

option 1.They can send your prescription to a local pharmacy where you will pick it up and inject yourself at home.
option 2.They can also send the prescription to a compounding pharmacy if you chose of your choice and the compounding pharmacy can probably mail it to you where you can also inject at home.
option 3.If your scared to inject (they will teach you if you want) you could go there every week and have them do it, but IMHO its a waste of time, gas, and money

Update went for appointment they no longer match insurance but they have a cash price option(ended up being cheaper than what my crappy insurance would allow).

Hey, I have a few questions for you. I live in Duluth, MN and it has been impossible for me to find any treatment for TRT. I have had my blood work done three times and nothing is low except the Testosterone, but doctors know nothing about it and refuse to prescribe TRT.
First, do you have any idea what their levels of low testosterone qualify as? Every clinic has different qualifications of what Low T is. My total is 250 which the clinics here tried to tell me its normal, but I am only 22 and that is not normal for a 22 year old. I experience all the symptoms, fatigue, depression, low motivation, erectile dysfunction, weight gain, and muscle loss, even though I work out constantly and eat very healthy. I have had my blood tested three times, my thyroid is normal, I am not deficient in anything and everything is normal except having low T.
2nd just wondering if maybe you can give me an idea of how much you have to pay a month. If this place seems worth it, I will drive down from Duluth just to see a urologist there. It seems like the only place who might help and won't make me pay a crazy amount like a private clinic.
Thanks.

For cost best to call. Cost will also change depending on your dose what medications you need and what your pharmacy charges for the medications. I have found empower pharmacy to be very cost effective. I would encourage you too start a new thread posting you blood work to get some feedback and would explore the possibility of a clomid restart because of your age.

Just wanted to give an update because I know how hard it is to find a good doctor in Minnesota and wanted to give some support. The doctor that I see for my testosterone replacement therapy started his own practice with one of the other doctors and the old Clinic is no longer in service the new clinics name and information are
.
medical specialists PA 6550 York Avenue South Edina Minnesota 55435 Suite 303 their phone number is 952 225 5400
.
my doctor's name that I see there is Gary and they also take State insurance. Still had a good experience with them aromatase inhibitor is not a problem HCG is not a problem if you wanted to check one of your other hormones out or wanted some additional blood work it's not a big deal doctor seems to generally really care and will work with you.

Insurers are wisening up to TRT chop-shops more and more. I heard a rumor that Blue Cross just ended its credentialing with Ageless Male.

I wouldn't call any place that treats legitimate medical conditions like hypogonadism a chop shop. Other places that seemed aimed to help people Run cycles are a different story but I don't think you'll find any of them on this forum.

We certainly try to run them off.
