FWIW - I started using 10 mg of Pregnenolone creme just before bed around 90 days ago and it helps me sleep a lot better. I don't have true insomnia but I tend to wake often during the night and not always get right back to sleep. Progesterone has helped my sleep quite a lot. I have had blood work since starting it and it has not elevated my E2 in the slightest - which I know is a big fear many guys have around using either Pregnenolone or Progesterone. Now everybody is different and perhaps someone else would get a huge E2 spike off of it, but IMHO that fear could be overstated. Similar to how so many guys start TRT and are convinced that they are getting full-on gyno if they have one itchy nipple one single time.

For me, I mainly notice it having a relaxing/anti-anxiety effect and helps me sleep deeper without waking so often. I get it at Amazon for $25.00 and it lasts roughly 2 months using it every day.

I just rub it on the inside of my forearms, but anyplace that is not too hairy should work. Its like a hand lotion in consistency and is not greasy so it rubs in pretty fast. That and I use 10mg which according to the package is two pumps on the built in applicator. That is not a lot of creme which also makes it fast to rub in.

I have only used Pregnenolone. Sorry - I don't know why I listed that and progesterone in my original post. Mental typo, I guess.

Yes, I was surprised at how well it helps me relax and experience better sleep. I mean, I have read about the many benefits it has, but so many times I read about something having all these wonderful effects, so I try it for long enough to tell (30 days minimum) and feel nothing what so ever.

I've used that Preg cream, as well as their DHEA and just an observation to share is that it's not real potent, the strength of the cream is rather low and it dispenses a big wad and leaves you feeling heavily moisturized.
I get a DHEA/Preg cream from Defy that is much stronger and much less "cream" to apply.
Yes, that brand (Life-Flow) is a greasy mess. I am much happier with this brand.

I like LE DHEA and Pregenolone pills.
They are very high quality and super-micronized as well which means much better bioavailability.
