Hi folks, Dave here...

Turning 50 this year, finally got tested (bloods) test is at 270 and then 325... So, on the low end.
Starting TRT in March, just doing lots of reading / learning. Serious weight trainer for 37/38 years now, gains have basically stalled, at the point of actually losing gains now,and hard to keep belly fat off...

short blocky body, looking to trim the waist.

5' 5" - 200 lbs. (Not sure on body fat, pic attached)...

I carry a good amount of muscle for my size, but like I said, the belly fat is getting harder to stave off :)

Anyways, looking FWD to my new way of life, and will be getting quarterly bloods to monitor.

Man, for such low T levels you still have good muscle mass, you get your levels up and making gains should be pretty easy, I'm at 50 also and my joints aren't as into making gains as they used to be. Good luck welcome to the site
