Looks like you have a great diet and don't drink much alcohol. Your kidney readings are outstanding. Your hematocrit is too high though, but not alarming. Next draw make sure you are extremely well hydrated to see if that makes a difference, if not donate.

I am actually confused by my most recent T blood work that came with this blood work...here it is:

Since October my T numbers went from total 949 to 467 and free 288 to 108. No change in protocol. (40mg MWF, v low dose arimidex as needed by symptom). Although, the October numbers were done by my uro who is overseeing my TRT, the most recent numbers from my primary. I went in to see him about my anxiety (FYI he prescribed my buspar, which has been okay so far, not not s slam dunk). So different labs I;m sure... and obviously wrong Estrogen test..he pulled "total estrogen."

This blood was drawn on a Tuesday (i.e one day after an injection) and I hadn't taken any arimidex for about a week....and then it was only 1/8mg).

My last e2 test (ultra sensitive) in november was 14 pg/ml....but a different range 7-49.

No reference ranges on the new T numbers...What in the world is going on?

I had another weird thing happen this summer in August when my T number seemed to go from 693 to 74! over a week (see here https://www.excelmale.com/forum/sho...b-Error-(was-dif-lab)-Advice&highlight=xerxes).

Is there anything that could cause such a big medical swing or am I just unlucky with lab errors? Nelson, have you ever seen such a thing in your TRT experience? I have struggled mightily getting any type of consistency.

Neither are clinics. The october numbers were from my uro, who I think used bioreference laboratories. The most recent number are from my primary, who used quest.

In August, both numbers were from the same primary doctore (I have since switched). NO sure the name of the lab.

I wish I could pull my own labs, but I live in NY. Is there anyway around this with discountedlabs.com?

I wish it were easy to get there...I have two young children and am on Long Island, so getting out of state to do bloods is not practical. I am going to ask my uro on Monday for blood test scripts so that I can go to Quest on my insurance and get numbers between visits for ultrasensitive E2, Total T and Free T. Anything else that might be work checking that frequently?
