I have an arthritis condition on my hands, the type that deform the fingers and also arthritis on my shoulders. Both producing a lot of pain. I managed to train using analgesics prior to my training. Usually I use Motrin 800mg. What I can use to minimize the pain and to make it more safe. Is Motrin 800mg. Ok?

800 mg of Motrin is hard on the system. I took 800mg 3 times a day for years, I finally had ACL reconstruction and now don't need it. I feel your pain with trying to find something that works that not hard on your system or addictive. The type of treatment depends on what is causing the pain. Some have found medical marijuana works for them.

There have been a few studies that determined that nandrolone was effective in improving body composition in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The improvement in functional capacity were not as evident due to the small sample size.
