Interesting, what issue would one theoretically have if taking Cialis and Curcumin. I've done so without any issues, as far as I know. I don't take cialis daily though.

I got a friend that gets a crazy back ache and other muscle pains when he takes CIALIS. I occasionally notice stuffy nose. Both are common side effects of it. Stuffy nose is bearable for me but he had to stop from the back aches and muscle pain

your liver processes CIALIS with the CYTOCHROME P450 enzyme CYP3A4. If another drug or supplement affects this enzyme that will either speed up or slow down the processing of the CIALIS. If it slows down the processing, their is a potential to have too much CIALIS build-up in your body. I always google the supplement I am taking to see if it affects the CYP3A4 enzyme that your liver uses to process CIALIS.

Do the back/leg/joint aches go away if you keep taking it?

The liquid cia/ citrulline / arginine / hgw / pycno / dhea routine worked for a few months when I first started but now is not reliable. Is anyone using Trimix with any good results? It looks like this is my doctor only at a quick search but if anyone has suggestions that would be great.

Is anyone still taking arginine ethyl ester and if you are where do you get it. Is there a reason it has become mostly not available?

I just copy and paste arginine ethyl ester and it's still on amazon. Personally I haven't used it for a long time.

Have you tried real Cialis? Most of the research chems could be pretty spotty, they were when I dabbled with them, I now buy from overseas with better results. If you want to talk about TriMix we have some great threads on that if you look around a little bit.

Agree with Vince. I use ADC for cialis and splitting costs about the same. Arginine and citruline are inexpensive as well, at least for the results you get. I have thought about trimix but why do that before all other things have been exhausted? While errections of 2 hours sounds very appealing to me, my wife disagrees. She is satisfied with 20 to 30 minutes. Any longer and she gets too sore and needs more than 2 days for that to change. I wouldn’t jump to the nuclear solution too soon...

I use liquid cia. Early on wia g the stack bit was great. Now not so good. Real cia 2x20mg tabs don’t insure a reliable erection and definitely not of any good duration. I did tests once with a uriglogist 10+ years ago and whatever injection he used was a lower dose but immediate results. I’ll look at those threads on Trimix. Thanks

I will take this to the day I die; it's health benefits abound as an anti-aging protocol besides what it does for bodybuilding...which is impressive in and of its self!

BTW, want to increase the effects of the tadalafil? Try taking it with grapefruit juice and see what happens;-)

One Question, In a previous post you said you started to take Arginine Ethyl Ester to replace both Arginine and Citrulline. Is that still the case or have you went back to the original Arginine and Citrulline ? Thank You! Your expertice is always appreciated.

I just finished a second bottle of arginine ethyl ester and I can feel no difference whatsoever between it and "regular' arginine even after using it at double or triple the recommended dosage. No big pumps like some guys get from it, sadly. I had really wanted this to work.

Also, in a previous post Agmatine was briefly mentioned. Does anyone use Agmatine, and if you do, when and how do you take it ? There seems to be little to no research on this supplement.

I liked Agmatine when I used it, I think it's something though you have to take it on an empty stomach though, there was something like that about it and carbs countering but you'll have to google and research that.

I have used Agmatine, but for it to do anything you MUST take it alone - mixing it with Arginine or Citruline nullifies its effect. It seemed to work well for me at first and then not so much after a couple of weeks.

ya that's it you have to take it alone on an empty stomach, no Arg or Citrulline either.

In past posts Garlic/Vitamin C and Beet Juice have been mentioned in addition to the original stack. In your opinions do these additions make a differance or are they overkill ? I appreciate your opinions.
