Thanks for the super reply Loki!!!

No problem!!! If you try this routine start slow... Maybe 10-12 sets per muscle group and 8-10 reps per set. Work your way up... Add in sets and reps and you get stronger. I have a guy who has been training for a few months and he went from a chubby IT guy to benching 335. At first his weight went up (adding muscle) and now its shedding off(fat and weight)...

On the diet I mainly eat balanced and clean. I can't do Keto and I can't really cycle the way I eat (any type of actual diet). For example here is what I will eat today-

Breakfast -

Oatmeal, Orange, Banana and a protein bar. Water with some probiotics mixed in (taste really good)

Snack before lunch - More water and some men's health nuts.

Lunch-

Water, Cranberry chicken salad sandwich with a bowl of turkey chilli.

Snack before I go home- Orgain protein shake (more like a meal replacement carbs and protein are balanced)

Dinner

Turkey spaghetti with corn, green beans and a salad. I will probably drink water as that is what I like the most out of habit...

Possibly some nuts, fruit or another snack before bed...

Great work out,. The reps are something similar to what I have seen VIctor Black recommend. Couple for questions:
1 - how close to failure are you getting on these sets?
2 - How much rest between sets. For example, if I do a 20 rep set to true failure, a one minute rest will get me to only 10 reps on the next set with the same weight.
3 - are you increasing the weight with each set. This is kind of related to #2. That is - if I go anywhere near failure on a set of 20 and had to increase the weight on the next set and the next set was 15 reps, I would have to rest a long time
4 - Do you keep this template indefinitely and just rotate the exercises

Thanks in advance

1) My muscular conditioning is off the charts. I can rep 225 55-60 reps. 315 for 21 reps. So in the end of my workout I always go to failure but the other sets are challenging just not to failure. You could always adjust those reps to 12-15 and build up to the 20-30 rep sets. It is like anything else it just takes training to get there.

2) I rest 1-2 minutes. If I am setting a PR on heavy weight or on a rep I may give myself some extra time. It is amazing though how when you train like this how your body adapts.

3) I always increase when I pyramid 12, 10,8, 6, 4. On triceps when I warm up with 135 I will do 2 sets of 30 and then my remaining 4 sets of 20 I stay at 225.

4) Certain core things I never change. I never do chest without doing flat and incline. Biceps I always do the single arm preacher curls. Shoulders always presses and raises. Triceps always do narrow bench. Back I always do pull ups. Legs always do some form of squats. So I do change it up but keep my core exercises going. For example I also like going to the cables and moving each side as high as possible. Then grab the cables and take one step forward. Then lock in my elbow position and curl my hands into my ears. This is a great double bicep curl exercise.

I have trained with some world record holders in bench press, combine record holders, etc... High volume training was always part of what they did... Plus you develop a different look... I call my reps and heavy weight power building. I think it's a more athletic version of body building... We are kicking around starting a youtube channel...

Workout routines are like so many other things, there's 100 people with 110 opinions on what works. What I can note in my gym is the people with their books and diaries trailing along behind seem to be the ones that make few gains. Just an observation. They seem locked in to Z movement with X weight for Y reps and that's all they do and it's what I observe and call "going thru the motions".

Not sure if this has been discussed but I notice a difference between L Arginine free form and HCL and AKG in the stack related to erection.

Free form = best
HCL = less effect
AKG = lower effect

I started reading on ways to mask the bad taste of freeform using grape juice and lemon, it is still a chore. I will try to find arginine tablets this week as I notice I avoid the stack due to taste. '

My question is would the HCL be as effective if I used more of it. For example I can notice a difference of 6g or Freeform vs 6g of HCL. But has anyone tried taking more of the HLC to try to get the same effect? Certainly there are digestive issue trade off's with arginine that must be considered.

Edit. I have never added the Doxazsin to the stack since it was not easy to go get off the shelf. Would this make an obvious impact on erection if I added it? I take amlodopan once in a while for blood pressure, doc said just stay on it but often I am not high so I try not to rely on it.

Outside of however you feel and by all means you've got some interesting observations there, Arginine is a rather poor donor of NO when taken this way and I wouldn't waste too much time chasing that around as Citrulline is far superior in this regard as an NO donor.

So guys over a month in. Question, has anybody noticed increased liver enzymes with this stack, and sporadic mild back pain at times. My energy is also down some. I also get tinglingnin the finger tips when I sleep, and my knee joints hurt for the first time in all my life. I was blaming the arimidex at first .5mg x2 week. However on bloods estrogen was at 40 on the sensitive test that is protocol. Then I realized the only new things added was the stack which I removed all the herbal supplements weeks ago and just ran the cialis and doxazosin. However, I am thinking to discontinue the whole thing and see what happens. I did start cardio so I'm hoping that my pressure stays undercontrol. I am going to drop the doxazosin then the cialis if after 2 weeks no improvements. Doxazosin will be dropped tonight, no bedtime dose. Let me know if anyone else has had the side effects. I have a appt with my doc tomorrow to discuss it. I will tell you guys how I goes.

Hi Nyce, You have just listed all the negative side effects of cialis. The only thing you did not list was stuffy nose.
On a side note I just ordered some LEVITRA to test out in place of the cialis. It is not suppose to have the same bad sides.
I am aware of the shorter half life and that low dose is not FDA approved.

I just finished an experiment where I only took 5mg of cialis split in two doses and I lost most of the NO effects. 5mg x2 daily gives me a far better pump in the gym and bedroom. But I have to use nasel spray every 6-8 hours when on 10mg.

How likely would you guys be to trust a nitric oxide supplement designed by ExcelMale? I am thinking about our own line of evidence-based supplements. Thanks
If the price is reasonable and competitive to other supplements, I think it would be hard to make a profit with all of the competition out there.

This was my first stack based on this thread.

I quickly realized do to the quanities in grams required multiple times a day I could not keep buying these tiny pill bottles. This stack was just too expensive.
Bulk supplements are needed to make this cost effective. I do believe those of us using Gene's stack or a modified version of it for any extended period of time buy in bulk.

So I guess what I am saying is I would not buy unless I saw results and could buy bulk quanities at a reasonable price.

I also have to assume you would not be adding prescription drugs like Tadalafil (Cialis) or Doxazosin (Alpha Blocker) which according to Gene is the magic of this stack all other supplements are only supporting. Which tells me they are optional.

Unlikely you can beat the prices of buying in bulk and the market, I think, is saturated with premade and overpriced stuff as it is. One thing you could take advantage of is not having proprietary blends of leaves and twigs (that's a joke) in a product, fillers, and using clinically effective doses of Citrulline, Creatine, Arginine, Beta Alanine, or whatever else.
