Gene's Nitric Oxide Stack

Hey guys, I have no problem with getting wood. Do I still need the goal is in the stack? What are the benefits when I have no ED. I do have high BP though. 160/80 is the average. I have been looking into trying something for no. Mag is not working for me.would this work and could I drop the cialis? My doc prescribes so no issues there.

If you're satisfied with your erectile function, it isn't necessary to add an element (in this case Cialis). The stack isn't sacred; almost all of us who follow it have modified it to suit our particular purposes. Cialis has multiple health-enhancing properties beyond erectile support, but it is certainly reasonable to hold it in reserve.

I think most of us use this stack as a guideline but have modified it. I have tried a few different combinations but I think I have finally settled on a safe stack that is working well, affordable and benefits me in the bedroom, health, and gym.
Cialis is the anchor for the stack in my opinion
Hey fellas. I think that the Cialis is the main component to this stack. I am glad those of you that are not using the CIALIS are noticing benefits but unless you have a health reason or medication conflict with something else you are taking, I recommend you consider the CIALIS. I am going on 2 years pretty much consistent daily use and can tell you the effects are better than anything else in this stack. In addition, CIALIS has actual non-sexual benefits that are being studied. Here are some links to some good info:

Thank you everyone for the feedback. I am going to post my info in a few days. I have my appt with my try doc this week then my lab results and such coming up. Anyways, I started the stack a few days ago and have yet to get over the drained effect or lethargy effect I have seen some say it causes. Please tell me thay goes away soon. I have been a bit tired the last few days. Started the stack on Saturday. Get the head disconnect and sniffles from the cialis. Hoping everything resolves by the end of the week. Please share if you guys have had the same sides effects that have resolved.

I'm no expert here, I've been on Gene;s stack since early October 2017. If you are experiencing some bad sides I'd cut the two prescripts in half until you get used to them. I don't have high blood pressure the blood pressure meds dropped my BP too low. You should check your pressure. Most of what you are feeling will probably be that. Good Luck
When I say high I mean consistently above 150s. What made me start the stack was that mag and fish oil, niacin, wasn't working and I hit 175/110 at work one night. I do work overnights. Would I modify the dosing time if I work overnight. Like would my bedtime be 11am, and morning be 5pm when I wake up, and the afternoon be 12am? Curious... thanks again to those who have chimed in.

Cialis gives me sinus congestion. I have to take nasal decongestant tabs with my cialis. I've been on it for months and it has not gotten better for me.
So the stack works so great for you that you would continue it even though you must ingest another med to help the body compensate.

I have never done a NO stack before this. In fact I had never heard of them. I'm not a body builder I'm a mtn biker with broken balls.
Tried this stack with the original quantities for about 3 months it was a bit much to swallow. I have modified it over time to try and help with the congestion. I've been wanting to sub the cialis with Sildenafil (Viagra) to see if that is better for congestion. As to your question yes this stack helps in the bedroom and at the gym. Sometimes I feel it works better than my TRT. But more than likely they help each other.
Apparently, insurance only pays for 8 tabs of cialais a month. I had got the 5mg tabs and broke then in half to start slow and ramp up. Now the problem is I have 2 pills left. Next refill is 28 days. I'm gonna ask my doc for a bigger dose and cut them up. However, if that does not work who has a solid site for purchase. That is working currently and is consistent on potency.
You do know that nasal decongestants are vasoconstrictors right?
