Guys - Remember, my NO stack is a base from which you all can work from and what works for you. Any combination of my stack may work with or without some of the compounds....

Thanks Gene. I didnt fully realize that initially when I only read the 1st post. As I was jumping to many sources to find the most common ED supplements/stacks, it was a lot to read this entire thread, but I eventually did so and realized.

I can see this thread is helping a lot of people but I think many won't read all 26 pages. A suggestion:
To help those that won't read so much, edit the 1st post to mention what you just said, mention brands, and other big hitters (like beet root, hawthorn, cheaper alternatives to pycnogenol, etc). I found those pieces of info most useful to me personally.

Just a quick update for those looking for something new to try, below seems to be working really well for me.

Cacoa powder Sunfood Super Foods - 1tbs a day in my morning protein shake after the gym. (I just recently saw all the positives with this and was very surpised and some people swear by it for ED when stacked with Zinc and Fish Oil, either way great health benefits)

As supplements aren't as regulated as food, it's good to go the extra mile in researching them and taking the minimum that's effective for you. I heard that particular brand of cacao is listed as having high cadmium here, as do many/all popular cacao brands:
https://www.consumerlab.com/reviews/Cocoa_Powders_and_Chocolates_Sources_of_Flavanols/cocoa-flavanols/#buying

I did read from one source that Hersheys Dark Chocolate and Endangered Species Chocolate passed Consumer Lab's test.

Bentiger07, thanks for the heads up on that...My stomach has been weird the last couple days, could be a coincidence but it did start when I switched grom the Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder to that one thinking it would be better. I'm going to Go back to the Hershey's tomorrow for the next couple days and see if my stomach feels better.

Might be. I haven't paid for Consumer Lab's membership to see myself. It's just what I read on forums from some users. Googling "cacao cadmium" will steer you in the right direction.

I take all my supplements twice a day with only water. I basically take everything in Gene's stack except horny goat weed. Horny goat weed is some nasty shit. My theory is if it tastes bad don't digest it. I just bought some pycnogenol and I hope its not too bad.

Just a quick update for those looking for something new to try, below seems to be working really well for me.

Citrulline 1.5 grams twice a day for a total of 3 grams. I was doing 6 grams but was having stomach issues, not 100% sure it was from this but ill stick with the 3 grams for a while.

Pycognogel - 100mg once a day.

Zinc - 22mg once a day. I just switched to Picolinate because I have read this is one of the best and easiest on the stomach, I have bad stomach issues.

Vitamin D - 400iu once a day.

Fish Oil - 1 a day.

DHEA - 50mg once a day.

Cialis - 10mg once a day evenings after dinner.

Cacoa powder Sunfood Super Foods - 1tbs a day in my morning protein shake after the gym. (I just recently saw all the positives with this and was very surpised and some people swear by it for ED when stacked with Zinc and Fish Oil, either way great health benefits)

This seems to do the trick and I am very happy, I just hope it stays that way. I wanted to keep it as simple, safe and affordable as possible. The only thing I might change when I run out is the Pycnogenol to some generic Tree Bark because of the cost but well see on that. If anyone advises against this please let me know and if not please recommend a good Tree Bark Extract brand or two.

I may of spoke to soon, the last few days have not been great and I am not sure what's going on? Most days I seem to have good morning wood, my EQ is typically good in the beginning then I lose it partially and sometimes it stays that way or it comes back a little as we continue. I am in my 30s, beautiful wife, workout, not overweight, pretty good health so I am a little frustrated and I don't get it. I am going to continue with what I am doing but up the Citrulline dose back to 6grams and try adding some Arginine too which I just started that yesterday. I am going to keep the dose low probably around 3grams total a day divided in two doses because it does seem to give me some stomach issues but I am going to give it another chance. All of my research says Citrulline and Arginine work great together rather then one alone and I have only been doing Citrulline so we will see how it goes. I also use the Bathmate a couple times a week and do some light PE but nothing crazy or intense but I might stop that for a couple weeks and see if that is causing any of my issues.

Continue to play around with supplements to see what works. Although I'm getting results, I still change it up. Given that I'm only 2-3 weeks in with testing popular supplements for ED/Nitric Oxide, I'm mostly trying to see what supplements I can cut back on while still getting results.

Try upping your intake of high nitrate foods? I did read about a guy who drank a glass of arugula, pomegranate juice, and either beets or spinach most mornings. There are a lot of nitrate foods, but what he drank were some of the heavy hitters, especially arugula. Everyone's different but for him, that's all it took.

As Gene said, his stack in the 1st post is just a base. I noticed I'm sort of taking most of his stack shared in the 1st post, and most of "The Dude"'s stack (user who shared his stack in this thread.. added hawthorne, beet, etc into the mix). Added in Pomegranate Extract and maca myself. Only taking supplements twice a day. 3 times a day doesn't work for my schedule or convenience. This is still working for me. I quit taking cacao daily, because of cadmium concerns expressed on the web. I still occasionally allow myself to indulge in the occasional cocoa/dark chocolate urges I get.

P.S. In my case, supplements/pde5 inhibitors never worked for me years ago when my T was very low. Now it seems that Nitric Oxide supplements/foods do help. The only explanation I can see for this is that T levels are at a healthy range now. Something to check.

I will look into a couple of those foods, I do a protein shake every morning after my workout maybe I can tweak it a little, I don't mind spinach and used to make smoothies with it with fruit. I have considered trying a pomegranate extract but again I am trying to keep this as simple and affordable as possible. I tried Maca before, it was a good one and dosed it pretty high and didn't notice much and I am nervous to try beet root since I heard it was hard on the stomach. I also only take my supplements twice a day which is what works for me and my schedule. I am going to try and stick to what I am doing a little longer before changing anything and I also just added Arginine at 3 grams a day so hoping that will help, 3 grams a day of that and 6 grams of Citrulline should be more then enough and if my stomach can handle it I will continue.

Vitamine shoppe.

This is the only place I know where you can get Icariin in the higher dosage (60% vs. 10%) to really get the results this herb can provide:

http://www.icariinhealth.com/products/buy-icariin-60-horny-goat-weed

is Secure Tabs still a good source? The one I use seems g2g however having a back up or trying one other place might not be a bad idea. Currently use Tadarise by Sunrise 20mg, 10 per pack.

......I just ordered some Pine Bark Extract and Horny Goat Weed off bulksupplements.com. I know the Horny Goat Weed is only 10% but I am going to give it a shot, it has pretty good reviews and I cant do $70 a month for the 60% stuff. I am thinking 1000mg twice a day even though it says to do 1000mg once a day since its not the real potent stuff and a couple comments did say to take at least 2grams, any thoughts or suggestions? I am thinking ill just combine the HGW and Pine Bark with my Arginine and Citrulline drink twice a day.

What is the point of supplementing with both L-Arginine and L-Citrulline? I was under the impression that L-Citrulline bypasses first-pass metabolism and is therefore much more efficient in conversion to arginine. Studies have shown that much of the L-Arginine taken orally is broken down in the liver and wasted right?

If fueling the NO pathway with arginine is the end result of both supplements, why complicate your daily regimen when you could just dose more L-Citrulline? Am I missing something?

I apologize if this has already been discussed, I haven't read the entire thread...

About 40% remains from liver pass thru, the rest converts to Ornithine which can then be converted back to a usable Arginine...Citrulline is much more efficient by itself. I would drop the Arg if cost was a concern in the totality of supplementing but I keep Arginine in my mix because, with added Ornithine so that I'm hitting the process from 3 directions (cost isn't a primary concern for me).

Makes sense!

Honestly, with stuff like this I think the difficulty for most people isn't as much cost as it is adherence. From that perspective, a simpler protocol is just easier to stick to consistently.

Just this past week I dropped the Arginine and upped my Citrulline dose back to 6 grams a day (3 grams twice a day). My stomach has been much better and less diarrhea and gas so fingers crossed some of my stomach issues were from the Arginine. I don't know why I bothered with Arginine again since ive used it as a pre workout and in pre workout blends in the past and it always seems to give me problems even at low doses. I think the Citrulline alone is fine and better anyways.

Currently I am settled on this and things have been pretty good although I do feel like I am overdoing it a little and might try and cut out one or two things at some point but what I am taking is safe and has plenty of other health benefits as well so not sure.

Cialis, Citruliine, HGW, Pine Bark, Gingko, Ginger, Garlic, DHEA and (Zinc and Vit D which I have always taken so this is nothing new)
