I cut the use of yohimbine (both, help and the otc). Also the pycnogenol because I found it to expensive and with the use of citruline and arginine I think I'm OK. My vascularity have improved significantly and I believe that is mostly for the use of the daily Cialis. Read the post of Nelson Vergel on Cialis.

I think when my Pycnogenol runs out in 2 months I am going to try Grape Seed Extract, from doing some research today it seems like a good cheaper alternative to the Pycnogenol, I hate to be cheap but I promised myself after years of wasting money on bogus gym supplements I need to find the most cost effective way to do this however my sex life is very important to me so I do want what works plus I just got married and bought my first home and my monthly bills are very high now so I need to budget this stuff.....Can any of you confirm the Grape Seed Extract worked well or is a good alternative and if so recommend a cheap effective brand, I see Nature's Way is very cheap but isn't that a bad brand? Not sure who to trust, Vitamin Shoppe brand isn't to expensive if I only need 100mg a day. How is that dosage or would it need to be higher?......Anyone have experience with bulksupplements.com?

I really not of the opinion that all these things are needed, Pyc and Yohimbe, Citrulline should do everything you need it to and paired with the 10mg Cialis you *should be in the ballpark as far as the stack goes. I say that with your low costs in mind. For $12/100g you can get more than enough to get some trial and error with it:
https://www.amazon.com/BulkSuppleme...id=1492565881&sr=1-7&keywords=citrulline&th=1

I agree and think I am going to pretty much stick to this routine although I read some good things about Grape Seed Extract yesterday and I am thinking about adding that which is pretty affordable. Ive only been on this routine for a couple days and not much yet, my EQ was not great last night, I was fine at first but didn't maintain like I want. I also do PE, nothing crazy my routine is pretty short however I am wondering if that is effecting my EQ so I might scale back on that or even stop all together....And thanks for the link, I was actually on the bulksupplements site yesterday and the reviews and prices seem good so when I need more citrulline I am going to give them a shot.

Last thing from me...I just found a forum where multiple people said Vitamin D was causing ED and when they stopped taking it they were back to normal? I am pretty confused by this since most things you read say Vitamin D is good for ED but multiple people on this forum swore it was causing negative effects. I have been taking 2000iu for years and I am now considering taking a week or two off and see if it does anything.

That's a very funny story, I'm hoping you're only kidding. If you can find a study I'll read it.

That's ridiculous. Here is just one of multiple studies pointing out how men deficient in D are far more prone to erectile issues.

Regarding the vitamin D I get most things you see online say it should help all I'm saying is I found those comments and it made me wonder.... I have been having diarrhea the past couple days and I am praying it's not from the citrulline, everything I have read said Arginine can do that but not Citrulline. I dropped the Yohimbe the last couple days because I know out of all I am taking that has the potential for most sides and hoping that caused the diarrhea but not sure at this point. On a positive note I had amazing EQ last night and my wife and I went twice and it was amazing even though my stomach was hurting. All I have taken the last couple days is Cialis, Citrulline, Grape Seed Extract, DHEA, and zinc. Maybe that's the combo that will work for me but I obviously need more then one good night to tell and I need these stomach problems to go away because I feel like crap right now!

If you're like me, it's definitely the arginine. Citrulline is only way to go for me.

Vince Carter or Gene...can either Levitra or Viagra be substituted for Cialis? I have hundreds of Levitra & Viagra that I have not used. Thanks

Cialis is there because it's approved for daily use, its my opinion, and I think I have a better experience with Viagra anyway, that it can be substituted. But remember the short action of Viagra and the need to take it opposite of a meal, there's more of a timing issue there with Viagra and sexual activity, much more than the long action of Cialis.

"To examine whether glutathione may potentiate NO signaling, 200 mg/day glutathione alongside-2 g/day L-citrulline was tested in a human randomized, controlled trial.[116] Although increased cGMP levels were observed but did not reach statistical significance, the citrulline and glutathione combo did increase nitrate and nitrite levels more than citrulline alone. Since nitrate and nitrite are substrates for NO synthesis and markers for increased activity of the NO pathway, this indicated that L-citrulline and glutathione supplementation could promote NO production to a greater extent than L-citrulline alone.[116]

Taking glutathione alongside citrulline may potentiate nitric oxide (NO) signaling. The mechanism by which this occurs is not yet clear, but may involve prolonged life of NO in the blood stream due to the presence of glutathione."

1500 mg of L-Citrulline
50 mg of Pycnogenol
150 mg of Icariin (Horny Goat Weed)

Afternoon
5 mg of Tadalafil (Cialis)
3000 mg of L-Arginine
1500 mg of L-Citrulline

150 mg of Icariin (Horny Goat Weed)
1 mg of Doxazosin (Alpha Blocker)

Hello ExcelMale/Gene,
Is there any change to which brands and dosage you use? I plan to test this out.

On the 1st page of this thread, I see you mentioned you use Source Naturals Arginine & Citrulline Complex to get your dosage in. If so, I see 1 tablet has 750mg of arginine and 250mg of citrulline. According to the quote, your total dosage a day of arginine is shown to be 9000mg, and 4500mg of citrulline.

Taking in 9000 mg of arginine a day through the source natural pills only gives 3000mg of citrulline. What am I missing?

Bentiger07,

You'd be much better off just buying powdered citrulline. Otherwise, you'll be taking dozens of pills a day for citrulline alone!

Thanks Sakuraba39. Good idea. I went with powder for arginine as well. I spent a lot of time researching here and elsewhere. These supplements seemed to come up most often in my research for ED/libido issues so it's what I'm currently trying in standard doses:

Taking twice a day- Citrulline (Dose: 2-3g, Brand: BulkSupplements), Arginine base & akg (2-3g total, BulkSupplements), and Pycnogenol (50mg, Natrol).

Taking once a day- 1 serving of Korean Ginseng (Solgar), Cacao (5g, Viva Naturals), beet root extract (3.5g, BulkSupplements) , Maca (2g, TerraSoul), and Tadalafil (5mg).

While Icariin is popular too, I skipped on that since I read it essentially works like other PDE5 inhibitors, but weaker. I'm already taking tadalafil. I am seeing some improvement after a few days. If this doesn't continue to work out, I'll try following the Gene Devine stack more accurately.

Just a quick update for those looking for something new to try, below seems to be working really well for me.

Citrulline 1.5 grams twice a day for a total of 3 grams. I was doing 6 grams but was having stomach issues, not 100% sure it was from this but ill stick with the 3 grams for a while.

Pycognogel - 100mg once a day.

Zinc - 22mg once a day. I just switched to Picolinate because I have read this is one of the best and easiest on the stomach, I have bad stomach issues.

Vitamin D - 400iu once a day.

Fish Oil - 1 a day.

DHEA - 50mg once a day.

Cialis - 10mg once a day evenings after dinner.

Cacoa powder Sunfood Super Foods - 1tbs a day in my morning protein shake after the gym. (I just recently saw all the positives with this and was very surpised and some people swear by it for ED when stacked with Zinc and Fish Oil, either way great health benefits)

This seems to do the trick and I am very happy, I just hope it stays that way. I wanted to keep it as simple, safe and affordable as possible. The only thing I might change when I run out is the Pycnogenol to some generic Tree Bark because of the cost but well see on that. If anyone advises against this please let me know and if not please recommend a good Tree Bark Extract brand or two.

Guys - Remember, my NO stack is a base from which you all can work from and what works for you. Any combination of my stack may work with or without some of the compounds.

This has worked for me 100% and has for others as you can read from this thread.

Mix and match and add or delete and see what works for you...at the end of the day...it's good and very very healthy for you!
