I need help fighting a T-mil doctor, need as much legal advice as I can get.

Unfortunately, I fell trap to a T-mill clinic, and my lack of knowledge about TRT kinda screwed me.
Long story short, my lab values never waranted TRT, and the community agreed on here.

Basically, I saw a non-medical doctor, (Chiropractor), who insisted I jump on the TRT again after filling out a simply questionnaire. He had me see a medical doctor in his office, that visits every Tuesday, stated that I would be a candidate for 50mg/ml of testosterone. Shortly that same evening, the non-medical doctor, who is in charge of the clinic, took me to the back of the office and injected me with 200mg/ml of testosterone, and sent me home with 4 syringes that he drew up with 200mg/ml of testosterone.

At this point, I realized that this guy wasn't following the medical doctors advice, and I found out that I really didn't need TRT, and told him by the 2nd week, that I wasn't interested. He then said I owe him 800 dollars for 10 weeks therapy. Which, I never signed any paperwork that I will be doing a 10 week therapy, and I stopped the therapy at 2 weeks.

He then proceeded to harass me constantly with emails telling me i won't find any better deals, that 800 is cheap, blah blah blah, which is not as the community agreed here as well. And earlier he threatened collections.

So basically, he wants me to pay 800 dollars for the 4 testosterone 200mg/ml syringes, he filled up, which doesn't make any sense. Since a 5ml to 10ml vial of testosterone cyponiate goes for $42-86


Do I have a case here? I never signed any paperwork.

Welcome to America where I can sell you a pet rock for whatever price you will pay. I don't think you have a case.
Since you signed nothing just walk away and be happy your hormones aren't all jacked up. Which probably isn't against the law either.
If he continues to harass you tell him you are calling the police.

I just don't want to pay $800 for something I didn't fully participate in, I never signed any documents. I figured I have some leverage here due to him not following the physicians order. I'm just afraid now because he said he is taking it collections, and I don't want to get my credit jacked up. I still have the syringes filled with testosterone 200mg/ml of testosterone that he gave me, which is of no use of for me. Since I told him I changed my mind, because 1.) he is taking matters to his own and not following the physicians order 2.) The fact that I don't even need it, especially such a large dose. 3.) the absurd price.

I would find a State level agency and call to see what you can do and file some type of a claim.

You haven't signed anything so therefore you are not liable for any unpaid portion of what he claims you owe. I would tell him if he doesn't stop harassing you, you will report him to the state medical authorities as Orrin suggested.

Like others said, report that clinic to the state medical board and block their number and email. You did not sign an agreement they can hold you accountable for.

I am sorry that you had that experience. I can tell this will make you a more empowered patient from now on.
