I know lots of discussion has been had about soy protein having an estrogenic effect. I have been thinking of including pea protein in my regimen; crently using just whey protein.
I've search online and have not seen any estrogenic effects mention for pea protein. Has anyone on the forum familiar with using pea protein and of any estrogen issues.
