i switched from the liquid stuff to ceebis, 5 mg once a day, and ever since, i've had some pretty terrible lower back pain. some mornings it feels like i've been crippled. it's been around 3 weeks now. how long does it take for this to go away?

otoh, i did have some pre-existing back pain and it could be that. or it could be that is being made worse by the ceebis.

thoughts?

It probably took me at least 6 months, some days are better than others. For me it was well worth it. I should probably add, doing really low squats and good back exercises every morning really help my back feel better.

I found that when I started daily Cialis, like you, 5mg, I noticed improvement at the one week mark and it resolved by the start of the third week. I swim and that helped it.

Mine got better after two days and using ibuprofen every day. I can't use Cialis at all!

"Tadalafil is a potent PDE-11 inhibitor , found,
amongst other places, in the smooth muscles of the
internal organs, cardiac and skeletal muscles, pituitary
gland, Leydig's cells and germ cells in the testes
(Baxendale et al. 2001, Osterloh 2001). The physiological
significance of the enzyme and the possible
consequences of its short-term or medium-term inhibition
have not yet been established. The back and
muscle pain reported relatively frequently with tadalafil
(Porst 2000) may be associated with this.
Tolerability of tadalafil is problematic: with daily
ingestion, 7 % of patients in the 10 mg group discontinued
treatment owing to side effects, 10 % at 25
mg, 19 % at 50 mg and 29 % at 100 mg. With ingestion
on demand, tadalafil caused muscle and back
pain in over 10 % of those treated and dyspepsia and
headache in over 25 % (Porst 2000). "

I experienced pretty bad lower back pain about the third day I was on ceebis, and it went away after the first week. Specifically referring to an uncomfortable tightness and soreness in the lower back muscles that would last all night long and made me restless and unable to sleep well for about four days, and yeah OP, I felt like I was crippled and just wanted to yell. Then that just went away, except for discomfort right after lifting weights.

I had been working out for months before I started taking it, and my back was pretty strong. I would get a moderate pump but never anything uncomfortable, but when I started ceebis my lower back pumps were really uncomfortable for about 40 minutes and this lasted a couple weeks.

Today I don't experience any discomfort using ceebis, I'm happy about that. I take 5 mg twice a day by the way.

I've recently been doing a modified version of Gene's NO stack. Definitely having more back pain issues from the Cialis, and I think due to the stack.

I really got sick of the lower back pain and stuffy nose. I have dropped cialas from my stack.
When I need a boner I'm going to try the normal one time use prescript amount of 20mg.
Wify's on travel so I won't know how that is going to work yet.

Does any know if the pain is in your muscle or kidneys?
If it is muscles how can a drug target only one muscle in the body? That makes no sense to me.

Subjects took up to 100 mg of tadalafil? Wow! Now that sounds like an intriguing study...

Ive been experiencing some increased back pain and think there’s a possibility it’s from ceebis as well. You didnt experience it with liquid tadalafil. Which brand?

I started Megalis (tadalafil) about three weeks ago. I started at 2.5mg EOD for first week, went to 2.5mg daily week 2 and now do 2.5mg twice a day in a modified version of Gene’s stack. I think the slow build may have helped some with the back issues, but the nasal congestion and heartburn are rough right now.

I get intense leg pain when taking 20mg pill. It lasts for about 24 hours and it's intense. Pain is in upper quads but no lower back pain. When taking 7.5mg or lower.... there's no pain. Erections aren't that good unless you take around 20mg.
