I made the mistake of taking too much Anaztrozole and crashed my E2 a few times, but the good news is that it went up quickly. Anyway, last week I only did 0.25mg one day after my T shot (which is 50mg 2X week). and I still feel it lowers my E2 too much, I even tested and it indeed was very low. So, I am thinking to ditch the anaztrozole, and trying to lower a little belly that I have to remove fat. But any advise from this forum on supplements or things I should do to avoid High E2? - I already moved from 1 T shot a week to 2X week, I cannot do more frequent than that though.
The hardest thing to get on track is the ****ing libido. It is very very low right now.
