Marco N Cognito made me aware of the ApoE gene in a Post about Lp(a), I have made some research on line and there seem to be a specific macro nutrient intake and exercise for different type of ApoE, we all know there is not one thing that fits all, there are actually lots data about this, wonder why I haven't heard this before
is anyone had the test done or have any experience with it? improving lipid profile or anything you improved?
