I am starting this to see if anybody has any of these symptoms , or can give me some answers . the doctors sure cant. read below to hear whats happening to me.
hello again.....i cant believe im back here... after 2 amazing years on TRT , i have hit a really rough patch, also with HEART PALPS and high Heart rate. Long story short as possible. in 2015 i started with androgel 1.62% it got my numbers up ...but then medicaid NJ stopped covering it, and gave me that garbage by perrigo parma the 12.5mgs pump shit. i was on 4 pumps a day at the time 2015...

my levels dropped to under 200 of Total test. the beginning of 2016 I started the Injection of Test cyp. 100mg a week. and my life changed amazingly, i even got off my antidepressants. so to jump to now, march 1st 2018 i did my usualy 100mg Injection and 15 minutes later my BP was 135/114 heart rate was like 134 ...i did do this injection at night. but that wasnt the first time... so i thought i was having a heart attack i called 911

after a few hours and a full blood pan. chest exray and ekg. and a very large IV dose of ativan and Versed I calmed down. but that scared the shit out of me so i stopped everything cold turkey.

since then i took no T. until march 14. 2 weeks after my last injection. the last thing i was worried about at the momnet was my **** . i thought it was the end. 3 more trips within the 2 weeks to the ER cuz of the same feeling. NOt as high but close....here I am now back on the crappy generic androgel by perrigo jumped down from 100mg IM weekly , to now 25mg a day of the gel....

i want to inject something even like 25mg. so badly because deep down i know these gels suck. but im so scared after almost thinkng i was going to die. and those numbers were HIGH. and it felt like i was having a heart attack.....and yes my father died from one at age 46 . im 32....

But I have a doctor who knows nothing about this and cannot find anyone in my plan because its medicaid and I am not working. I went to a Cardiologist and am being put on a 30 day heart monitor which should come today. :(

my numbers were very good, but high, i will list them all... im am so lost and confused. if this has anything to do with the TRT ? will the gel even help at all? im so emotional i feel like a 50 year old woman crying all day its so bad. but im so sorried about my heart .

sorry this is long , lastly then i will post my labs . I also am not able to sleep at night due to unbelievable skin crawling, pins and needles and chills threw my body arms legs everywhere, clueless? any insite would be helpful.

I don't see your E2 but your prolactin is thru the roof so I will bet your E2 is as well. You are going to need an AI

Prolactin

16.5

range 4.0 - 15.2 ng/mL.

The heart issues and crawling skin sure sounds like they either changed the oil used in your T injections or you have become allergic to it.

That's pretty poor assumption that drove you to needing an AI? You shouldnt make such absolute statements about adding drugs when the base testing is absent.

How many mono T protocol have you seen where prolactin was thru the roof and E2 was normal to low? I'd like to see it.

Here is my mono T protocal after 3 months.

I HAVE had severe anxiety all my life. and have had it under control since going on TRT. like i said my life was great. this just struck like lightening out of the blue. ....i take benzos for anxiety, which work. and clonidine. also i meditate. just such a sin i had to stop the TRT injections after 2 great years. im waiting for my echo of my heart. if its fine, im going back on them... but until them its he stupid 1% test gel......at least its something......
