Hi guys:
Well i´m a 38 years guy, hiv +, with hypothyroidism, phyisically active, last year i began with trt ´cause long time with sexual issues(ed, delayed orgasms, low libido). I under an andrologist supervision who, last year i was on androgel, cialis dialy 5 mg, and a complex arginine/citruline. I saw changes not as i would but was nice, i began to have sexual dreams, and morning wood returned, libido changed but not at the level that i wished, but finally after many years i saw a change. My doc only measures total T, prostatic antigen and liver status tests, no others tests like estradiol,SBGH or Free T. On androgel total T always was steady waving between 500 and 600, any way i began to see more hair on my body, over my hands, fingers,shoulders and chest phyisically performance was very well, every one told me that i was radiant and confident.
After these months with the gel we agreed that could be convenient change to nebido, since that switch my total T labs stay around 700-800, but i dont feel the same that with androgel, also on last visit he made a reciepe for wellbutrin 150xl to try improve delayed orgasm issues. My phyisically performance now is great at gym but i loss some muscle gained when i was on androgel, but sexually i went worst, also new body hair stopped it´s grow, and became weak and soft hair, too since i´m on wellbutrin i dont feel the need to seek pornography or masturbation, for me it wasnt a horny pill, i´m still on cialis and arginine complex.
Such a weird things for me, i dont know if change again to androgel or give it a time to nebido, i dont wanna switch again and again between testosterone forms, i´ve had long bad times with all my issues.
