Hi all I'm a 44 year old male I have been on trt since my mid twenties and in the past 10 years my sexual function has drastically declined I have to use sildenafil to perform can anybody give me any advice on compounded hcg?

I get my HCG from Empower Pharmacy through defy Medical. I inject 500 IU of HCG twice a week. We do have a thread on where to buy HCG without a script. No Prescription HCG. https://www.excelmale.com/forum/showthread.php?4074-No-Prescription-HCG

Welcome to Excelmale. I'm sorry you're dealing with these challenges - has anything changed (TRT protocol, general health, emotional stress) that may be contributing to the problems?
