Hi guys, don't post usually but do lots of reading and knowledge gathering. Im a 44 yr old male 5'10 175 4-5 days week workout, nothing crazy and stay in good shape. Very active. Clean living (occasional drink) Eat right 90% of the time. Not on any meds and the only supps I take are Whey, Creatine at times and Aminos.

I had blood work done a few months ago (via discounted labs) to see where my levels were at. I am feeling the effect of my forties and my biggest issue is energy and the bedroom, performance wise with my wife. Getting and maintaining an erection is an issue. Having to take some Cialis to get in the mood most of the time which sucks. I am also feeling more lethargic these days.

My overall Test level I think is pretty good at least for my age and I have never taken TRT. That said, I am little concerned with my Free Test level and am just wondering if that could be the issue and If I would need to do TRT to get it up or is there another route. Just wanting some thoughts if possible. My Dr is typical and says "well within range, looks good" which Im not too happy with. Thanks for any help offered.

Your LH and FSH either exceed or are at the top of the range, and you present with very low free testosterone and middling total testosterone levels (which might be acceptable if your free testosterone was more robust). What is your SHBG - a crucial lab in this context? Finally, a deeper dive into your thyroid function would be warranted.

Testicular injury of any sort?

Thanks so much for the reply. I will add those values.

No injury but I have had an ultrasound because I would get testicular pain at times a few years ago. But all they found was a varicocele. No pain the last year. Just wanting to get some opinions as to what my next step should be. I can do the Thyroid function as well, I didn't do that this time.
