Jay Campbell and Jim Brown's new book on TRT is out. Well worth having on your kindle for reference. Lots of well documented information and they've done their research. What I found particularly interesting is their information on the benefits of daily cialis. I have been using 5 mg daily for the past year, based on suggestions from guys who post here on excelmale. It has, at least for me, helped a lot with all the things this books says it will. This suggestion on how to dose cialis was very interesting:

”To experience the numerous long-term health benefits of Cialis and avoid potential side effects, we recommend a minimum daily dosage of 2.5 to 7 mg. This is enough to get all of the benefits previously discussed, while providing stronger erections. 64 been taking cialias for about 6 months. I take a little more than the 2.5 to 7mg.
5mg morning post breakfast and 5mg post dinner. My wife and I both are very pleased with the results.

Based on this book I might try a reduced dose to see how I feel. one 5mg cut in two.
I still get a stuffy nose/sinus congestion from the cialis that is the only neg side I notice.

What side effects did they mention in the books, I know it can lower your blood pressure. And if you have a heart attack and doctors administer nitroglycerin your blood pressure can get dangerously low. Some men get sore backs or congested, are the others that I missing.

They mention all of that. The book is very comprehensive, covering all aspects of testosterone replacement and virtually everything else.

I have been trying the 5 mg dose daily on and off- tried it initially for working out to see if it had an effect. I do think it helps. Obviously it is also easier to get an erection but I also notice I am less likely to have to get up in the night to go to the bathroom and I have to pee less often - so better sleep. That is probably the best part. I don't know if I have BPH. One other thing is that I notice I am more likely to get morning wood and seem to have better blood flow so I also wonder if it is not helping with recovery after lifting and increased healing or better sex - I don't have the right words. Almost as if my libido is better when I take 5 per day. I am always suspicious of things being in my mind though as a placebo effect - but maybe it does not matter as long as it works for me. If I take more than 5 per day I get very achy and tired.

If 5 works like that, great. The achy feeling gets better over time. If you got morning erections, then it isn't placebo. If your asleep, the the placebo effect can't happen. Sounds like it is helping you. I get the same results and I believe it is a huge help , especially with vascularity and pumps during workouts. And, the sex is the bonus.

Yeah daily dosing is the way to go. In my research, after titrating up the dose slowly and getting over sides, I found I need a little more than what they recommend but that's ok.
