I had mumps as a baby. I have been on testosterone injections for many years. I do not experience orgasm and my ejaculation volume and force is low and weak. I often do not even realize that Ive cum. I need to get sensation back and have a good orgasm. This is driving me crazy.

Ive read about Cabergoline and am willing to do anything to help. Recommendations????

Here are my lab values.

I see you live in Nashville, you should be able to get the sensitive estradiol test for men. Then you could get a true reading of your estradiol levels. I'm also wondering what is your current protocol. Is it possible for you to post all your labs.

Your E2 may be the culprit. Get the sensitive E2 test. I live in Franklin. Who are you using for TRT?

You can order the sensitive estradiol test on your own if your doctor won't agree to test you appropriately (www.discountedlabs.com). Many of us rely on that service to monitor the progress of our protocols.

As as for cabergoline, your prolactin is low - very, very low. Since cabergoline is used to reduce that value, it would be counterproductive to initiate it at this point. Has your prolactin level typically been that low? Elevated prolactin impedes libido, can contribute to erection issues...but bargain-basement levels are no good either.

You still have not describe your protocol, how must test and how often are you injecting?

Your SHBG suggests you should be injecting smaller doses EOD or perhaps ED.

Thyroids T3 T4 normal
Normal does not tell the story.
What was your reading and what is the range.
Most DRs treat to ranges and not OPTIMAL.
Range can be 1 to 10, and you are at 2 and you are within range (normal) BUT most people may feel the best at 8 (OPTIMAL).

My bad.
I saw your ranges stuck in the long list.
FT4 @ 65% of range
and
FT3 @ 63%
Both Great numbers.
BTW Tiredthyroid.com is still a great site:)
