Thank you for this informations, I always wondered if it is better to wait or to go on with daily routine.

I always try to work out, even when I'm sick. I go slow , see what I can do and how I actually feel. A lot of times after I work out when I'm sick, I feel a lot better. it

i have had it go both ways for me, i have went to train while sick, got to sweating like crazy and bam, felt better after, i have also been and made it worse, now days if im feeling shitty i don't go.

Just remember to wash your hands at the gym before you leave! Imagine how many bugs you can get from all the equipment hundreds have touched with the flu virus.

I recently had the flu and when I felt better I was really jazzed to get back to the gym. I went and even went pretty light. Well, it was too early and I put myself back in the bed.

The workout may not have been totally to blame as my appetite was still in the gutter and I didn't eat properly for a few days after the lifting.
