Gynecomastia and Estradiol levels

Everyone is different but to better understand. Can some get it even with in range levels or it only happens when out of range?
I get it when going above 40 pg/ml which for others would be considered 'in range'

Ive run 50/60 as much as 88 sensitive and never had any feeling at all of gyno, had lots of high E symptoms and problems but never Gyno.

Gyno is not common side effect on physiological trt doses unless one is genetically prone. There are also many who use/abuse testosterone/aas using supra-physiological doses and never experience gyno hence genetics will always have the final say.
Gynecomastia is not only related to excess estradiol but may also have something to do with the T:E ratio being unbalanced,

That's sound advice. It raises the possibility that you may not require an AI at all.
Being hypopituitary since I was 7 years old I suffered from Gynecomastia from an early age. I was put on TRT at age 50 and my pre TRT labs showed then my E2 (the womens test in Canada) was 225. I developed breasts by the time I was 10 years old. And my nipples always bothered me when young. Every shirt would irritate them, except very soft cotton t-shirts. But since starting TRT my breasts have reduced some... not a huge amount but enough that I don't feel overly nervous about it any longer. When I was young I obviously had low T and high E2.
