Hello all I'm Mac, new here but been reading a lot of the posts
A little about me i'm 43 6'2 about 255lbs was a personal trainer for years now working towards becoming a Physical therapist. I studied nutrition for years and gone to college for a nutrition degree
Have very high gut inflammation working on getting it better and I have low testosterone posting my blood works in the blood work section.
