I started hCG 500IU e3.5d for the last 3 weeks. I noticed my hands and feet are very cold all the time when others are not. I went thru Defy medical and the Dr also put me on 1 grain of NatureThroid every morning.

I was Taking 50mg of testosteronecypionate every 3.5 days for about 4 months prior without these issues.
Below are my labs:

About me: 30 years old 5'3 142 lbs (10%BF)

Anyone have any experience with this or suggestions?

Really don't know why HCG would do that, but cold hands and feet are a symptom of hypothyroid, and your numbers are also. Maybe more going on affecting thyroid uptake with all the changes.

I agree with Blackhawk, sounds like thyroid issues.

I am taking the medicine for thyroid too. I sent a message to Defy to see what they recommend.

I agree your Thyroid numbers are suspect. Your FT4 is not optimal. Optimal is 1/2 way in range and that should be approx 1.2 and your FT3 is below range at 1.9 and most would optimise that to 3.8-4.4.

I have had the same issue for as long as I can remember. I have not had my thyroids checked but recently discovered per my lipid panel that my LDL was high. I started taking niacin 500 mg split in to 3 doses (B, L, D) and found that my hands and feet no longer feel bone chilling cold. While it may not be the same in your case, something to think about and maybe talk with Defy about.

The HCG could be raising your E2 levels which can affect you circulation. This is common in women at certain times during their menses. I have the same problem sometimes and seems to respond to AI but I have no research to back it up, just a theory. Might not be a problem much longer with the reclassification of HCG. I imagine a lot of guys will have to stop taking it.
