Checking bloodwork in 5 weeks

I know from you guys, that one checks T, Estradiol etc in 6 weeks after starting trt. I've been on it for some 5 weeks now. I think I have some very strong high E symptoms - water retention, weight gain etc. Does it make a sense to wait one more week? Maybe I'd better check my bloodwork now? Please advise

On start up six weeks is the time for blood work when injecting.

If transdermal two weeks.

Some of the symptoms you are describing are common on start up but subside over time.

You're blood work will tell you what's going on...it's time.

It's the fifth week on IM now. Quite confusing. Mentally I seem to be somewhat better, but otherwise - no much improvement

It seems you feel about the same as I did 5 weeks into TRT, at 5 weeks I felt better mood wise but not much else. Things are different at 14 weeks.

The weight gain is likely not E2. I gained 10lbs+ initially but after about 3 months the weight started to come off again. My E2 at the time was in a great range. My E2 is now in the 60s at last check and I am still slowly losing weight but have other high E2 issues.

Was it a steady but slow improvement? I am confused, one weeks seems quite good, another worse
For whatever reason I was dialed in, right from the start. I still at times adjust my protocol. I'm doing daily T injections now, mainly to keep my HCT levels good.
