Daily Cialis and Back Pain? Will It Get Better?

I used 5mg once or twice a day for a few days, for gym purposes more than anything and that's when the stiff lower back set in. Most of the time I only use Cialis situationally where I'll take 10mg in the AM when it's date night and then a well timed 50mg of Viagra as game time approaches. Works really well but Viagra still has that component of having to be careful around meals and food on the stomach that will hamper it's affect.

Ah, gotcha, so no back pain issues with that single 10mg dose then?

India is known for low quality generics. But they are one of the worlds largest producers since all big pharma companies are out there so they keep pumping out the meds without issue because they are cheaper.
brand name vs generic vs authorized generic are all different. Brand names drugs are more expensive because they are the ones that the studies are done on. Authorized generics are made by the actual brand company and sold as a Generic under different name and subsidiary.
1. Cialis = brand name. 2. Authorized generic cialis (tadalifil) sold by Prasco pharmacy.
3. Generic drugs are aftermarket drugs that may have different inactive ingredients and no studies are done on them. They are made based off the brand name.
you can request from the pharmacy to know where the med is manufactured (not distributed), manufactured. If you don’t want meds from India or Israel or wherever you can request that and if they won’t honor it you can get it filled at another pharmacy. That’s what I do. If you’re buying online without a prescription then you run the risk of not knowing what you are actually taking.

I have to agree here. I have taken a 5mg name brand cialis and I literally was walking around with a hanging chub for days. But I could pop 20mg of Tadacip or the Cooper brand and it doesn't have as much of an effect.

Will Defy give you a script for generic cialis that you can get filled at costco or something?
