Dosing Horny Goat Weed and Ginkgo Biloba Thoughts?

I think I have finally figured out my stack which I use for the gym and bedroom but my question is regarding the best dosage for Horny Goat Weed 10%. I cant seem to find a straight answer online, answers are all over the place then it depends on what percentage you are using. I know 10% is low but I cant spend the money on the 40% - 60% stuff and the stuff I got has good reviews....I am now getting most of my stuff from Bulk Supplements, this says 1000mg a day is recommended but I am thinking about doing 1000 mg twice a day for a total of 2000mg mixed with my Citrulline Arginine drink that I do morning and night.....Thoughts on this? Is this a good dose for the 10%? From what I see online its a little higher then most of the pills people buy but not much and I have read people going even higher then that but again it depends on what percent and my math seems to be off when I try to figure it out.

Lastly thoughts on Ginkgo Biloba and dosage? When I was researching my stack last night this kept coming up.

Horny Goat Weed (Icariin) works especially as a natural PDE5 inhibitor (think Cialis) but it must be used in higher concentrations and pure quality. Most of the stuff sold in vitamin shops is of lower percentage and shitty quality.

It's worth the spend to get Icariin 60 in my opinion if you want the subjective results.

Thanks but honestly I want to give this a go and if I don't feel its doing much I can consider giving the higher concentration stuff a shot. I understand you get what you pay for but I am trying to keep my stack as affordable as possible especially if I plan on using it for the rest of my life. By the way my stack is very similar to yours so thank you, couple tweaks but very close and a great post you made.....so if anyone has any thoughts on the best dosage for the 10% Horny Goat Weed and any thoughts on Ginkgo I would appreciate it. (I have been reading really good stuff about Ginkgo so might ad that to my stack and I should be good, I don't want to take to much stuff)
