I've been taking 5 mg of cialis daily for about 3-4 months now at the suggestion of a number of more experienced members of this forum. In addition to the obvious boost in sexual activity, I've noticed some other benefits that members said I might have. I seem to be more vascular , at 63 I have veins and cuts in places I never did before. Blood pressure has been great, glucose numbers are down, and I have no issues with estrogen. 1 year into TRT, so far so good.
I did some looking around to see if the benefits were placebo and there is beginning to be some research that those experiencing other benefits besides improved erections aren't wrong.

What do others know? I'm especially interested in estrogen control. Most guys in my age group have elevated levels, as evidenced by that soft face and jawline along with excess body fat. Fighting that like the plague...
