Hi

This is my first post and I want to thank everyone for sharing all of this great information. A lot of these topics are not easy to talk about - even through the anonymity of the internet.

I am 53 years old with several heart issues. I have ED and cannot take any oral medications for it because of my heart issues. The truth is that even on the occasions that I tried viagra and cialis, I did not get a good result. I tried TRIMIX gel and did not find it to be reliable. I have an appointment to try the TRIMIX injection in a few weeks.

I am single and date a lot and have not found women to be sympathetic to my plight at all, so whatever I use it must be discrete. I also go back to their place most of the time, so I'm not working with the "home field advantage". Is there a good way to use trimix injections without her knowing about it? What is the best way to safely carry the needle around and make it portable and sterile? How long does actual injection take? Is there any blood?

Thanks for your help and please feel free to share other tips that you might feel are relevant.

Don't sweat it. Once you find out what dosage works for you, you can prefill a syringe and take it with you. All you need is the prefilled syringe and an alcohol pad. These need not take up much room and they don't have to be refrigerated. You want to keep your vial of trimix refrigerated (or frozen) for long term storage but a prefilled syringe is not going to lose potency if it is unrefrigerated for a few hours or even longer. Below are a couple small and unobtrusive carriers you can get on Amazon. You don't need a great big insulin pack with ice and all that if it's just for one date.

There is usually no blood but occasionally there might be a small drop. Swab before the injection and then swab after it. In any case the blood stops quickly. Whether there is blood or not I generally apply some pressure with the swab after the injection and I massage the penis for a minute or so. It helps to massage it a bit before the injection (and if possible get some swelling to occur). Then massage a minute or so afterward. A trip to the bathroom will only take a few minutes and it need not be obvious what you are doing.

The actual injection only takes a few seconds. If the penis is a bit firm I find it much easier to get good reliable needle penetration and also hold the thing in place during the process. You can, of course practice this on your own before going on a date. After doing it a few times you'll see that it is really very quick and easy. You will also learn what dosage is right for you.

I find it takes 5 to 10 minutes after injection to have a full erection. Some people say it takes a bit longer. You can adjust your dosage a bit to increase or decrease the duration of the erection. But be careful! Trimix is powerful stuff and an overdose can send you to the emergency room.

Good luck!

I find that funny. Women expect guys to be understanding of all their plumbing issues and mental hang ups The need of lube isn't considered a big deal but it could be said that it's a crutch too. That said we are supposed to perform on demand like porn stars If and when they honor us with being in the mood

ok off my rant but that attitude really bugs me.....honestly a good indication to find better quality partner

as mentioned above easy to carry and use discretely once you have some experience.

It does provide you with that instant ability to perform at top level so carry on sir

Thanks for the input. I really appreciate it.

I went to try TRIMIX shortly after posting this. I had the needle in my hand and totally chickened out. I read a few posts about autoinjectors and went back yesterday . I tried again with an autoinjector and it worked perfectly and was so painless that I first thought that it didn't inject at all. I didn't feel a thing.

I bet you felt a thing in 10 minutes or so - eh? :)
