Did an 8 weeks cycle of Molecular Nutrition x factor years ago when it first came on the market. Dosed 250mg capsules 4x/day as at that time the recommended dose was 1 gram ARA/day. Overall slight increase in strength and definitely fuller muscles/great pumps. Thinking of trying again as the newer research stating 1.5 grams more effective than 1 gram and original x factor is hard to find right now as everyone is out of stock and on average a 100 count bottle is $40-$60 dollars and one would need 6 capsules daily ( 360 capsules for 8 week cycle ) crazy expensive! More common to find the SNS x-gels which are cheaper price. Do you know where one could find pure ARA in bulk? I read articles written by you and Monica on Brinkzone regarding ARA research.
